The best dentist ever! I had so much pain in my temples and it felt as if my ears were completely blocked. I did so many earwax candles and even considered chiropractic but thankfully Dr. Villar helped me to find out that the problem was that I needed braces because my jaw was actually shifting backwards, causing tension and pain in my ear and temples! I highly recommend Villar Dental for anyone looking for a new dentist/ortho. The workers are the nicest people you could ever meet, I mean like from the moment you walk in you can just tell that they are there to genuinely get to the bottom of your problem and fix it correctly and efficiently:)!

A much overdue review. After a horrible dentist situation in Beverly Hills with very unnecessary surgeries. I wasn't going to see anymore dentists. My friend mentioned she was driving out by Magic Mountain to see her Dentist (Lived in Bel Air) I thought she was nuts. She told me how great Dr Villar was. The fact that she was willing to brave the Los Angeles traffic to see this guy peaked my interest. Fast forward five years and he is the only dentist I have stuck with longer then a year. He is a very caring he took his time to educate me on what I could be doing to help Me improve the overall health of my mouth. Without the shaming. So I could keep my teeth. I was a mess. I was willing to listen, drive from Beverly Hills every 3 months to get my teeth cleaned. My teeth, gums and mouth has improved so much. I have to thank him for not making me feel ashamed about the condition I had let my self get to. Now I am flying from Houston, Texas for my teeth cleaning.. Now that may be nuts... to some. It's so worth it for me. I've been to many dentists but he is truly the best. He also has the best dental hygienists working for him. Gentle and kind. The entire staff is wonderful. Receptionists too! I highly recommend for anyone and for those of us who hate going to the dentist this is your guy.

What can I say that hasn't been already said in countless reviews. This is by far, the best dentist my wife and I have ever visited. Dr Villar takes the time to go over your history and address any concerns you will have about your visit and treatment. He is very thorough and extremely friendly. Made us both feel at ease and walked us through the process. We were referred by a family friend that has been a patient for over 20 years. Now we know why. Great service, friendly and helpful staff and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend Dr Villar to all friends and family.

Dr Villar is THE BEST DENTIST on the west coast!! I have been coming to Dr. Villar and his well qualified team since I was 17 years old. I am now 52. Nobody surpasses his expertise and attention to detail! I appreciate his honesty and his willingness to take time to explain procedures clearly. Dr Villar abreast with the latest technology providing my own stem cells and creating membranes to hasten healing for my extracted teeth. When my youngest son was 12 he was involved in an assault which knocked out four of his permanent teeth. Dr. Villar came into the office at 9:30 PM, to see a panicked mother and a bloodied chilld, and stayed well until 2 AM doing what was necessary to save Reed's teeth. That is complete dedication not only as our family dentist but also acting as a concerned father taking control and calming the situation down. If you are looking for a dentist, I urge you to come here. Having Dr. Villar it's like having a dentist in the family. He and his wife Rhonda and staff , are a team that you can trust, feel appreciated, and more importantly KNOW AND FEEL CONFIDENT that you are getting the best possible care for your teeth for longevity and use!

If you are searching for a dentist Stop right here! Dr Villar, his friendly staff and wonderful wife Rhonda will put you at ease. When other dentist's have wanted to replace my teeth with implants or false teeth, Dr. Villar has proven his superior skill and is saving my teeth. He explains every option and expected result. I only wish I had found their office sooner!

I said it before and I'll say it again there are dentists and then there is Dr.Villar. A few years prior I had a bridge put in on the lower left side of my month by another so called reputable dentist in Santa Clarita. The workmanship, the feel just didn't do what a bridge should have done. I began having issues and my jaw caused me uncomfortable pain. TMJ is what I was told caused this discomfort. Here is where you learn that the money you just put into a bad bridge was wasted both in time and pain. Dr. Villar, the curious thinker, much like a detective, listened to my problem and through questioning me and investigating from the source, this lower left side of my month, was able to come up with some cosmetic adjustments that helped the underlying problem. Whatever was done now works and has a look of excellence. Dr. Villar has a staff of professionals, and the technical bridge folks he has doing that part of the procedure all have integrity for excellence.

Beyond happy with Dr.Villar, the staff and the office. Came in for a second opinion on some fillings that were recommended by a children's specialist for my 5 year old son. The office is beautiful, clean and the staff members are very friendly. The assistant made my son feel very comfortable. Dr.Villar is very knowledgeable and he uncovered a issue with my sons breathing. He referred him to an ENT and the ENT took care of a fragment of his issue. He has now started treatment with Dr.Villar and it has made a major difference in his overall health. Dr.Villar is now our family dentists and my other son will be starting braces soon.

I used to see Dr Villar growing up and haven't been there since 2004. I didn't take great care of my teeth as a kid, and I had to get one tooth pulled and a root canal on another. They were always very friendly and treated me very well. I just wanted to say that you will receive excellent quality of care here. I'm a dentist now and can definitely see the difference in quality between dentists. The dental work that Dr Villar did still looks great and the crown I got many years ago is still holding strong. Glad to see he's still practicing and providing excellent care and would definitely recommend going to see him if you live around that area.

Dr. Villar has the best bedside manner and is so incredibly brilliant in his field. He continues to amaze me every time we sit and chat. Our family has been treated by Dr. Alex Villar for over 12 years. Although we have moved out of state we all make the trek one way or another to SCV to continue with our dental care & maintenance with Dr. Villar. Sometimes, my husband and I drive in from Las Vegas NV to SCV on the weekend for our Monday appt. with Dr. Villar. Our daughter usually takes a plane into Burbank and Uber's to her appt. with Dr. Villar then we drive back to Las Vegas, NV. I guess what I'm trying to say is we trust Dr. Villar and all his staff so much we don't mine driving 250 miles one way to get to our appt. because, we know we will always be treated with respect, dignity and expert dental care. Dr. Villar is the best with administering dental blocks always asking if there is discomfort but, always using the best topicals medications so you never feel the initial poke. Dr. Villar, Rhonda and front desk staff always are available to help with your dental care plan and scheduling as well as informing you of balances and covered benefits.

Great dentist and staff. I have gotten wisdom teeth removed and the scary stores you hear about removing wisdom teeth is not what happens at this dentist. They removed my teeth and was able to go to work the next day. It was like I didn't even notice they took them out.

The office is beautiful, has an artistic feel and definitely put me at ease. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Dr.Villar was very informative and thorough. He actually took his time and pointed out his findings on my x-rays and we discussed it together. We came up with a plan on what we had to do now and in the future. Overall very impressed with his mannerisms and knowledge. I highly recommend Dr.Villar and his staff.

Always professional, on time, thorough, friendly. Been coming for 20+ years. I value Dr. Villar's expertise so much that I drive 40 miles one way. No matter what unusual oral concerns and diagnosis I've had, Dr. Villar has been successful in treating them all. He is very methodic in his treatment plans. Before mtg Dr. Villar, I had some very bad experiences in dentist offices and my anxiety kept me from getting the treatment I needed. Not only has my anxiety, but I look forward to my regular cleanings. There no surprises with treatments or procedures and my comfort is his utmost priority!
