The customer service rapport with Kim was outstanding. I was informed of each stage of my procedure, so I felt confident and relaxed during the process. The response from the associates was simply professional and courteous. Thank you This morning Monday 10/31/2022 went for my cleaning. I met Mida , who not only cleaned my teeth, but created a beautiful experience of warmth, professionalism and care. Wow...Thank you guys

This office has by far the best, most professional, kind staff I've ever come across. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to Dr Parajon - everyone makes you feel welcomed & heard! The office staff is rude and apathetic. Megan definitely made me feel like a number over the phone with poor customer service and just trying to get me off the phone instead of genuinely hearing me out and resolving my issues. Some of her co workers act the same in person. I had to stop seeing Dr. Gustavo Parajon due to his offices new policy where they want to charge you an upfront deposit in order to schedule an appointment. That deposit being half the amount of the total cost for the visit or procedure. To make the long story short I found PLUNKETT DENTAL. After visiting that dental office what a difference night and day. The negative reviews you find here on pricing are true. I experienced first hand how VILLAGE PLAZA IS OVER PRICEY AND SUGGESTING PROCEDURES QUITE NOT NEEDED. Also, unlike VILLAGE PLAZA you can SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ****FREE OF CHARGE***** and no $30 cancellation fee as long as you cancel 24 hours before. Its a shame how this office treats its patients. Dr. Parajon you need to do something on your office etiquette. I recommend Plunkett Dental any day they have better ratings, customer service, pricing,etc. Genuine care.

I have been a Village Plaza customer for around 3 years. As a dentist, Dr. Parajon is great. Recently, I decided to try Invisalign through Village Plaza. This was a mistake. The cost is the same as going to a regular orthodontist, but unfortunately the service is not. Village Plaza is very busy with many patients (probably a sign of how good Dr. Parajon is) but that means you cannot get in for orthodontist visits as needed - I've been waiting 2 months. Without a dedicated side of the business for the orthodontic patients, unfortunately I feel as I wasted my money with this decision. On my most recent cleaning, scheduled 5 months ago, the Dr. didn't even come in to see me.
