I took my 7 year daughter today looking for a better fit than our current provider and we had the best experience. The front desk, the hygenist and Dr were all so sweet and patient. I had lots of questions and concerns and they not only made my daughter feel more at ease, but myself as well. She actually asked if she could go back tomorrow! It's a 45 minute drive and worth every minute. So thankful and extremely confident we found my girl the perfect dental team!

My 3 yo son had his first cleaning today after going to one of their teddy bear clinics. Both were such wonderful experiences for him! The teddy bear clinic got him comfortable and excited about coming back to the dentist. They go above and beyond to make the dentist a positive place for kids! I can't recommend them enough!

I take both of my kids here, 2 and 8 months, and cannot recommend it more. I have never waited more than 3min once we get there (very important with littles!) and they are so great with the kids. The office is so welcoming and decorated with amazing murals. I feel my kids are getting top notch dental care in a caring environment while ensuring they don't have dental anxiety when they get older because they are having such a good experience. Even though there are tears, they become less and less every time! I just wish they did adults too! Way more fun than my dentist

I took my 5 year old and 3 year old here, it was a great experience. There's a tv on the ceiling so that they can watch cartoons while they're having their teeth cleaned. My 3 year old was scared, the dentist gave me the option to try again in 3 months or go ahead and push through the cleaning. I decided to go ahead and have his teeth cleaned. They worked quickly and allowed me to hold him in my lap. After they were finished my kids got a ticket and were able to pick out a prize. Everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was great. This place is truly wonderful. EDIT: our second visit was just as wonderful! My 3 year old wasn't even scared this time, and they added this cute caterpillar to the waiting room!

It is always a positive experience for my kids when they go to the dentist. My son had to have extensive work done (4 crowns, 2 extractions) and it was a great experience not only for my son but for me as a parent. My son has sensory processing issues and iv sedation was recommended. The anesthesiologist group was amazing and communicated everything not only up until the day of, but after surgery. They had videos I was able to watch to put my mind at ease on how the process would work. They made sure to text 6 hours after surgery to check on my son also.Dr. Doss is always kind and patient both with parents and the children. She answered all my questions and more. I cannot recommend this group enough! We switched dentist because we loved Dr. Doss so much and how she conducts herself with patients.

My almost 2 year old had a great first dentist experience at Village! The facilities are beautiful and clean, and super kid friendly. It was a great experience for us parents too. Thanks Village!

I took my son for his first visit and it was great! My son was super nervous and they were very patient with him. After seeing all their tools he was comfortable enough to let them check and clean his teeth. This is a great office that is great with kids, especially those that may be nervous about going to the dentist!

I took my 5 and 3 year olds here for their first dentist visit, and I was really pleased with the entire visit. The hygienist, Brooklyn, did her best to make my kids comfortable, talking through everything she did. My 5 year old was due for xrays, however she was struggling with the bite guards. It was decided to try again at the end of the visit and Dr. Laura, after hearing how she had trouble, was crying a bit with the new experience, decided to not push it and leave on a good note. While my 5 year old had her turn, Dr Laura walked by and noticed my 3 year old sitting quietly on her own while I helped her sister during her cleaning, and she walked over and gave her a coloring pack so she could have something to do while she waited. She didn't have to do that. These little things made the world to us. Dr Laura gave us great recommendations for home and the entire visit went better than I thought it would for my kids first time. So pleased, we'll be back and recommend her!

I have only had one experience here, but it was great! In the past I had taken my kids to a different pediatric dentist and was told we needed a number of costly procedures. I later found out some of those weren't necessary. Fast forward 8 years and three states northwest and I find myself in Dr. Laura's office. She told us some things she recommended that did not involve her- imagine my shock! If I could give 10 stars for honesty, patience with my kiddo, and general bedside manner I would. She was fantastic!

They did a great job on my 9 year old, made him very comfortable and he didn't feel anything while getting some work done and also did great with my 6 year old.

They have a sensory room for kids with sensory issues! They will help your kid feel comfortable! My son has extreme anxiety and sensory issues with the dentist and they worked with him and were so kind!

We love Village Pediatric Dentistry. The office is clean and welcoming. They get a ticket to get a prize at the end. Great staff! My son is excited for his dental appointments, which blows my mind but I am so thankful for the positive experiences we've had here.

Not happy with our experience. Hygienist was more complaining than accommodating or being helpful. If we are so good at cleaning kids teeth, why will go for cleaning in the first place.
