Ive been a Dental Assistant for about four years! The youngest of five siblings, I grew up in Napa, until my parents and I moved to Modesto in 2004. I love going hiking, especially in Yosemite, and being at the beach; but I also love staying in watching movies/TV! My favorite thing is seeing dogs while out and about because they make me extremely happy and I love cuddling my parents two German Shepards! My day can instantly be made better if I get to eat pizza, which I could honestly do every day! Being in the dental field has been very fulfilling for me, as I love helping people get healthier, beautiful smiles and I cant wait to see where it takes me!
I am a Mexican American that grew up in Los Angeles. I attended concord career college, graduated, and have worked in the dental field since 2007. I am a mom of 3 beautiful daughters. I dream to one day buy a farm either here in the states or in Mexico with lots of animals, and hopefully retire and live to see my family grow.
My name is Julia Huerta and I have been working in the medical field for a couple of years. Life and motherhood have brought me to the world of dentistry recently an I enjoy working closely with the people of Modesto and its surrounding areas. Born and raised in th small town of Escalon, I enjoy country living while raising my 5 chickens and 2 beautiful children. I am committed to making patients feel safe and welcomed into our office by offering a warm hello and providing my bilingual skills when needed.

Just had my first with this office. I had a lovely experience. Office staff were courteous and respectful. Dental assistant and Dr Pannu were down to earth and easy to talk to. I really appreciated Dr Pannu speaking to me and incorporating me in my own dental care. She was not pushy or tried to get me to have unnecessary procedures. She advised me of my options and accepted the decisions I made. I definitely intend to stick with her for future dental care.

Incredible!! Never have I felt so comfortable and relaxed in a dentist office... Dr Pannu is a real caring doctor that goes above and beyond herself to explain details and the procedure (s). Staff get five stars as well for being so kind and helpful.

I was PETRIFIED to go to the dentist. It has been years actually. I knew I needed a lot of work done. The entire staff especially Rachel and Dr. Pannu were excellent. Very compassionate. Dr. Pannu explained all of my options in detail. The office is clean and bright. I am so happy I chose to go to them after years of not visiting a dentist. I'm scheduled to have all of my work done and I could not be happier.

I'm impressed so far with this office. I've been searching for a Dentist who not only was contracted with my Mothers dental insurance but an office who can show kindness to some who's patience is needed. (My mother has dementia) Cynthia helped me schedule her appointment & answer all my questions and Julia was equally wonderful explaining her dental plan & things needed to be done. Tomorrow she has an extraction let's hope that goes well!

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm new to the Village One Dentist. I got my wisdom teeth taken out a while ago at another dentist and didn't have a great experience and have had problems with my jaw locking up or popping since then. This has kept me from going to the dentist for quite some time because the anxiety of not being able to keep my mouth open long without pain. I decided to try this dentist out and after mentioning my concerns to her briefly, she made it an obvious point to validate my concerns and was so kind and efficient. This small act of kindness really meant a lot to me, and i'd highly recommend Dr. Pannu.

I've been coming to village one since Dr.Yook was the dentist he was awesome with me and my son. My whole family went to him. I was kind of skeptical when he retired and had someone else as a replacement, boy I was wrong to have doubts. Dr.Pannu is equally amazing if not more. She has been wonderful with each of my needs and my sons as well. She is super quick and does things right definitely recommend this dentistry. The office staff is super friendly too!

I think everyone typically hates going to the dentist. Afterall, you're usually there because things aren't going well. We fear the pain and discomfort it takes to fix our mistakes! Luckily, Dr. Pannu made getting two cavities filled a super painless experience. The whole crew is so friendly and you can tell they really care about their patients. We talked throughout the procedure and she was really patient in making sure I wasn't hurting. Didn't hurt afterwards and it was the best trip to the dentist I've had to date. I'll be recommending Village One to family and friends and I think anyone will be happy with this as their family Dental Office. Thanks, Dr. Pannu!
