The tech who took my x rays did an excellent job! I've always felt like it was awkward or hurt my gums before but she did it perfectly. I also had a really good cleaning. I felt like the staff were very thorough and super friendly.

After two years of living in Verrado I decided to leave this practice and update my review. I am thankful for Dr. Gamez and my dental hygienist who i wish I could remember her name because she was wonderful! Unfortunately I never received good customer service from the front desk and the last straw was when I had called to ask if I could have an earlier appointment for my dental cleaning this year and I was moved to an early appointment (I believe 7:30 am) to which I mentioned that the only reason I needed to move it was because my mother, who I had not seen since 4 years ago due to her health condition, plus the pandemic and international travel restrictions was going to be visiting me and I wanted to take her for the first time on a special trip to Sedona. This might not seem important for the staff of this place but it was for me. When I received a call two days before the appointment from this lady telling me that my appointment had to be cancelled because the doctor would not be there. I instantly thought that they would just move me to the 9 am spot or first appointment of that day, but that wasn't the case. The lady on the phone kept telling me that they didn't have anything in the morning and I told her that it was not my fault that their scheduled change and It wasn't my fault since I booked ahead of time (You guys were the ones that screwed up were my exact words) Then I asked if they could re schedule me for the following week or other day available next week. She put me on hold and then let me know that they only have availability until end of DECEMBER! What? Seriously? I was beyond upset and I told her that it was unacceptable but I will still make the appointment. My plans with my mother got ruined thanks to the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy from the front desk because I know that Dr. Games wouldn't have let that happen but this person didn't want to help. I appreciate Dr. Gamez and my dental hygienist but their front desk personnel need a a serious training on customer service.

Great dental office. Always are on time with little waiting. Dental Hygentist Vanessa does an excellent job and provides good recommendations. Very happy with the dental service all around.

Dr. Dawson is kind, professional, and thorough. I've also been fortunate to have Stephanie as my hygienist the three times I've been to Village Dental. She takes her time, is super pleasant, and I know I can put my trust in her. The woman I spoke with in billing answered all my questions, and she made me feel like I was the only patient that day. The staff at the front desk greeted me and took care of me right away. There was no delay -- I didn't have to wait to see the hygienist or the dentist. I highly recommend Village Grove Dental.

A great experience at Village Grove Dental Center! Friendly staff, efficient with information and payment options. Care was detailed and thorough and hygienist was very gentle. Dr. explained options and treatment plan clearly. Highly recommend this provider for quality dental care.
