Lincolnshire dentist, Dr. Dmitry Sokol grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison for his undergraduate work in science and economics. He was accepted for early admission to the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where he earned a bachelors of science degree in dentistry in 1994, and became a doctor of dental surgery (DDS) in 1996. Prior to graduation, Dr. Sokol completed various externships in advanced surgical and dental studies. After graduation, he attended Northwestern University, where he completed a hospital-based general practice residency program in 1997. Since finishing his postgraduate studies, Dr. Sokol has practiced dentistry in the Chicago area and in Lincolnshire, Illinois since 2001.
Our Lincolnshire dentist attends continuing education courses in dental implants, dental sleep medicine, and Invisalign to stay informed of the newest techniques, technology, materials, and procedures. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois Dental Society, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Sokol is licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and California.
Dr. Sokol and his wife Vicky have been married for over 20 years, and they have two children. Vicky is a registered nurse working in the aesthetics field, providing Botox and dermal filler treatments. Vicky, Aesthetics by Viktorya, is happy to see our cosmetic patients and help beautify their smiles.

Laura has been working in the dental field since 2003. She worked as a hygiene assistant for 4 years, before joining Dr. Sokols team in 2007. Laura is our practice manager whom oversees all day-to-day operations. There is nothing she cant handle!
Laura puts her heart into everything she does in the office. She looks forward to catching up with patients, as they have become friends over the years. Her hard work and commitment makes her invaluable to the practice.
She has been an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and Illinois Dental Hygienists' Association since 1974 and served as the Placement Chairperson for North Suburban Dental Hygienists' Society from 1983 through 1987.

Our hygienist Pam, who has been with us since 2016, grew up in the northern suburbs. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Parkland College. Pam has been a hygienist for over 30 years and brings her extensive knowledge and compassion for patients to our office. She loves helping patients achieve optimal dental health through education and confidence building. In addition, she attends continuing education seminars and keeps up on all the new techniques and dental products.
Anna grew up in Poland and has been in the US since 2001. She graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University in 1991, and has been working at Village Green Dentistry since 2009 as a chairside dental assistant. Anna and her family live near the Lincolnshire office. She attends many continuing education courses in both Poland and the US. Her hobbies include: biography books, traveling, and cooking. Anna is very dedicated to her work, and Dr. Sokol is lucky to have her by his side during complex cases.
BryAnna has been working in the dental field since 2016. Before moving to IL, she lived in Indianapolis with her husband Jordan and worked at a high end dental practice. She recently moved to the North Shore and has been with Village Green Dentistry since 2019.
