What a great experience! Sherry was sooo sweet, and made me feel good about how I'm taking care of my teeth. Then Joy did a fantastic job scraping my teeth clean without causing ANY pain. Then Dr. Patel gave me a quick exam and I was on my way! Can't recommend these ladies highly enough. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer. What more do you need?

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!! WATCH OUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR AN $800 SERVICE OUT OF POCKET ONLY TO BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $600 BECAUSE AFTERALL ITS ONLY AN ESTIMATE, RIGHT?!? HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR PROVIDED SERVICES COST BY ALMOST DOUBLE?!? I WILLINGLY HAD THE SERVICE PER THIER RECOMMENDATION. TOTAL SCAM OPERATION!!

There really aren't enough words to express how wonderful this office is! Everyone is wonderful and compassionate and kind! Helen is so friendly and welcoming and Joy the hygienist is amazing. She knows exactly how to handle my fears and anxiety with a calming and humorous approach and is extremely careful and gentle. Dr. Patel is not only a wonderful dentist but a wonderful person. She is smart and intuitive and provides a high standard of care! I, like many people, struggle with anxiety with dentists. My husband comes with me for moral support and they are always more than accommodating and understanding. I just love this place.

I love going to the Village Family Dentistry. Dr. Patel is very nice, very gentle and very knowledgeable. Brittany, Joy, Helen and the rest of the staff could not be more friendly and caring. I have never been in any medical facility before that made me feel more welcomed. I've always dreaded going to the dentist office in the past but I look forward to going here. Going to the dentist is something you must do for your health, so you might as well enjoy it. There is no place better achieve this goal than Village Family Dentistry.

I do not like going to the dentist, have had a fear for many years however this trip was desperately needed as I had a major infection behind one of my teeth. The staff made my first experience one that I will never forget. From the moment I set up the appointment over the phone to me walking out of the office door after my appointment I felt like part of their family, like I had been going their for years. I genuinely felt loved and cared for from point A to point D. It was amazinggggggg!! I live 30+ minutes away from this office, but will be traveling to this particular office as they are now my primary dentist for as long as I am in the Richmond area. Thank you!!

Super friendly and professional staff. They always fully explain what is being/needs to be done. My two small children even enjoy going to see Dr. Patel. Highly recommend Village Family Dentistry.

Wonderful staff and super knowledgeable dentist! I really appreciated Dr. Patel talking me through my x-rays, alerting me about areas of concern and steps to take to avoid a worsening condition.
