Waiting on a phone call for two months about a refund. Dr Morgan Refuses to return my call!

I just had my Invisalign braces. They are great. Dr.Laurie Morgan was professional and explained thoroughly the treatment process. She made me feel comfortable with each step of the procedure was implemented. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan for your Invisalign braces.

I've been a patient of Dr. Morgan for roughly 20 years. I trust him and have always received the highest standard of care. Recently he launched a new scanning technology to replace traditional impressions, and used it to create a restoration for my last lower left molar. I won't kid you, I'm a terrible dental patient, I gag constantly and hate impressions... but this new scanner was AMAZING and painless. He waves a wand over the tooth in question, the computer renders a precise 3D model, and uploads that to the lab. when the restoration arrives, it fit PERFECTLY... snapped into place like a lego block and required NO ADJUSTMENTS. Now that Dr. Morgan has this tech available, I can't imagine ever getting a old fashioned impression again. Thank you Dr. Morgan!!

I start going to him after a bad experience with another doctor thanks to Village dental i have new lease on life and a great smile the Doctor like an old friend customers service is the best i had in 20 years its worth th 30 drive from where is live for the the comfort and service

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!! I'M ONLY CHOOSING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WON'T LET ME GIVE THEM ZERO.I saw Dr. Morgan at his other practice " The DENTAL GROUP" I've been waiting 6+ months to get my partials. First they lost my paperwork for 30 days, then they forgot to send the treatment plan into my dental insurance for another 2 weeks. They tried to justify it by saying that they have 4 offices and new employees. That's not an excuse to make your patients suffer. Every time I go in, it's to do one thing, then I have to come back in another 2 weeks to do something else. Finally when they pulled my teeth, I waited around 4 weeks for them to heal. Went in, did the mold, then had to wait another 2 weeks just to pick out the color. BTW,VITA that shade scale they brought out to choose from were not the full spectrum of colors. I had to pull a picture up of the full spectrum of shades ( bleached shades 0 M1-M3) on my phone and inform them that those are not correct and show them which one I wanted which was the bleached shades that they tried not to offer. I don't understand why I couldn't choose the color at the same time they did the mold. Oh wait, it's probably to bill my insurance again! My appointment today was supposed to be to make sure they fitted correctly, they called and canceled because they said the "lab didn't drop them off. They will be here next week." However, when I pressured them to ensure the correct M2 color, all of a sudden, now I'm being pushed back until June 30th because I'm assuming they messed up on the color. They asked me to sign 2 documents both relieving them of liability. One was for the color and the other was for in case it didn't fit. Needless to say, I'm not signing any documents. All I have received from Dr. Morgan and his staff is excuse after excuse and delays after delays. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST (or any of the other offices: Franklinton Dental Group, Dover Dental Group, & The Dentist @ Hard Rd.) The tend to BIll the Insurance before the work is done too. BE VERY CAREFULL !!!!

Dr. Morgan is a great dentist. They work well with patients and he has years of experience and knows how to handle any situation thrown at him. We have had several family members, friends and even employees go to him. Not one have had a negative experience.
