BEWARE! Please send your children elsewhere for dental care. No place is perfect but outside of the front desk staff, the hygienist and "orthodontist " have been nothing but rude. I would give zero stars if possible

Multiple visits, multiple complaints. For example, in house sedation of an autistic 6 year old, in the waiting room, then refusing to allow me to assist my child to the backroom, instead forcing them to stumble to the back. Inability to work with any child that is not as well disciplined as an adult, rage quits exam after 30 seconds of a child not following confusing/conflicting instructions. Moving dental offices and paying fully out of pocket as opposed to returning. Would only revisit if the purge was in effect.

This place is so cute! Welcoming to all kiddos and parents. Everyone is friendly and ready to help and take the time to answer your questions. Grateful we changed to this office from our last place. Thank you for being great and setting the bar high.

This dental office has been a blessing to me and my needs for dental care. The work that's been done for me here has been the best I've ever had. Their atmosphere is so clean and filled with positive energy. The team is always extra pleasant and helpful during each visit. DR.Meredith Smith Wiles is the best dentist I've ever had. You truly know when you've come in contact with a person who's passionate about their job and found their purpose in life. She is truly one of those people. Just to say her and her team (Martha) cares and will take good care of you is not enough because they truly go above and beyond that statement. I'm a Veteran who's suffered trauma and violence that led to some of my dental needs. I also have bad anxiety. I'm learning to be open about my needs and concerns and I was able to share this with. Dr. Smith Wiles. Today she and her team removed a bridge for me that was a result of the actions of my abuser. It was very old and didn't match my teeth very well so it was a constant daily reminder of what I've lived through. I realized today that it was the last physical piece of abuse I suffered that still exited, as my abuser is no longer living. I felt the need to share that with her because I wanted her to know how she was truly helping me close a door to a horrible time in my life. She allowed me to briefly explain what today meant to me and she reassured me that she was going to do her best to restore the bridge. She also let me know I could trust her and that they would take good care of me. I'm in tears because I'm so happy I did just that. Trust then. Today was just the beginning and we're off to a beautiful start. My temporary alone looks amazing!! I know her and her team are in this with me and they will do the same for you. There is nothing small when it comes to serving others and I just wanted to thank them for their service and kindness towards me. I recommend you choose this office if you are looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond and pays such great attention to detail in everything she does. It clearly shows in her work and personality alone. Thank you for helping me smile again from the inside out. God bless you and your team. God bless staff and thank you again!

The staff is very supportive and Dr. Wiles is the best dentist I've ever known. She has taken the time to understand my issues and explained the treatment and reasons for the treatment. I'm just sorry it took me 9 years before visiting Village Family Dental in Fayettville.
