The most gentle, caring endodontist! You always hear horror stories about root canals but I have nothing but good things and praise for Dr. Brown! No discomfort at all - highly recommend him!!

I was sent here by my wonderful dentist to get help for an infection in a root canal; I had been assured they followed Covid mask protocols. When I parked I noticed a maskless person in the lobby ! I called in and they ,rather abruptly told me " we can not enforce mask guidelines). Really?? A dentist office?? I also noticed there wasn't even a sign on the door asking people to wear masks !! If you ir any in your family are high risk for Covid death STAY AWAY from this place !!!!

Let me just tell you, I had root canal therapy here today for an infection in a missed canal from a prior RC (different Dr.). The actual procedure was ZERO pain. None. Even afterwards, feels no worse than a filling (not pain necessarily, just that I can tell something has been done). Do yourself a favor and don't stress over your next procedure....just come here. Highly recommend!

Let me just tell you, I had root canal therapy here today for an infection in a missed canal from a prior RC (different Dr.). The actual procedure was ZERO pain. None. Even afterwards, feels no worse than a filling (not pain necessarily, just that I can tell something has been done). Do yourself a favor and don't stress over your next procedure....just come here. Highly recommend!

I believe this is my first review I have ever done on google, but it is worth it! The last time I had a root canal was over 10 years ago (and in the area) and it was a horrible experience. Dr. Brown not only made it pain free, he squeezed me in when they were full due to my high level of pain. If you are looking for a place to get any dental work done, have high anxiety for any dental work (such as myself!), don't look anywhere else! I promise, he will take care of you!

Dr. Brown not only made it pain free, he squeezed me in when they were full due to my high level of pain. No one wants to have a root canal at 7 am but I must say that Dr. Brown and his staff made it a piece of cake. From the front desk, Terry, to assistant, Amanda, the office is well run. Professional and friendly. Dr. Brown explained procedure and reasons behind needing it in depth and I felt confident in his expertise and his honesty (In the past, I know I was bamboozled by a large dental practice in Coppell into having dental procedures that were not necessary-found out later office ran on commission). DID NOT experience any thing even close from Dr. Brown or from my new dentist in FM (Dr. Caffey-Earle who referred me). I was truly impressed when Dr. Brown called personally the next day to see how I was recovering and left his personal cell to call him back if any problems. In which there were none. This was done back in March 2019, I'm just now getting around to writing a review but it has been on my 'to do' list because I do highly recommend this practice.

Thank you Dr. Brown and Terri for getting me worked in due to my urgency of my tooth. Dr Brown is very thorough and explains the entire process from doing the test on my fractured tooth and showing it to me on x-rays. I have not had any major work, so, I was super anxious!! Thank you for doing such a great job and alleviating the pain I was having! Thank you Terri for getting me scheduled as soon as you did! Thank you Amanda for talking to me and helping me with my anxiety. Your staff is amazing and Dr Brown thank you for being so patient with me and making me laugh to help with feel at ease!!! You guys are AMAZING!!!!!

I'm very anxious about dental work, but Dr. Brown was great! He explained everything to me, and I didn't feel a thing! Hopefully I won't need anymore root canals, but if I did I wouldn't go anywhere else but here!

The staff is warm and friendly and make every effort to advise you of the cost of any procedure beforehand. Dr. Brown is very personable and explained in detail why I was having my issue and then gave me several options to deal with it. The after care is second to none. Highly recommend!

My 13 year old son recently had to have a root canal by Dr. Brown and we were referred by Dr. Clapp at Pediatric Dental World. Dr. Brown did an excellent job and it was a great experience considering the situation. I would highly recommend Dr. brown for his kindness, expertise and great staff. Thank you for taking such good care of my son!

What an awesome office! Tiffany took quick and painless x-rays and Dr. Brown's bedside manner is top notch. I don't like dental procedures but they made me feel at ease and offered a positive treatment plan. Loves me some of that front desk, Terri, too! Need an endodontist, this is the place to go!
