Very friendly staff. Dr. Nora Muhtadi is efficient, accurate, and patient focused. I had the quickest and most pain-free dentist appointment ever with them. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Nora is the type of dentist that people need when they fear going to a dentist. Very nice and kind and makes you the patient feel like she is on your team for your dental health. Truly professional and thoughtful..

I want to give the. 5 stars . I want to give them five stars but I can't because of how rude the one doctor was to me; he apparently never encountered a women taller than him I guess . Dude was rude and I toned down this review because of how nice the other doctors and front office people were .

The staff was very friendly. Heather the hygienist was very thorough without being harsh. The dentist was nice and explained everything clearly.

Got four wisdom teeth pulled. Never had dental work awake before. Everyone made sure I was good. Even though I was scared. She kept making sure every step of the way that I was not only okay, but knew what she was doing, as well as making sure I was comfortable and taking care of pain as I went because I'm more sensitive than normal people. They were all wonderful and am excited to go back and continue getting all my cosmetic work done too. Very happy.

Since moving to Texas a few years ago, I have had 3 Dentists. This one was a referral after my last office closed and transferred my records there. I was extremely pleased with them. I recieved the most thorough tooth cleaning of my life. I could tell that everyone there LOVED their work. Despite the 25 minute drive, I will definitely be returning. They made me feel welcome, and very much at home!

As a person who has always had a fear of the dentist, I am THRILLLLLED to have found Dr. Tadi and her staff!! Each visit I have felt comfortable, cared for, listened to. I have no fear or anxiety when I go. Dr. Tadi and her staff are AWESOME!!!!

Three years on and Village Elm Dental Care still earns their 5-star review. Their service remains fantastic; especially for intense dental procedures and after-care support. Great staff and early morning appointments (if that's your thing). Keep up the great work!

Do not recommend this dental office at all. I set up for an appointment for an annual visit in November.Took a day off so I could take care of my teeth. They did an xray on me. I was being patient with them and later on told to come back because they were behind. It was really upsetting. This is the first time Ive been told to come back to an appointment I set up a month before because theyre behind. Before I left, they gave me a bill of 150 dollars. I was surprised because Ive had the same insurance for the last 6 years and never had to pay anything. I called my insurance and they said that I am covered. The office manager said they will take care of it because they couldnt get into their system. The next day I came back. The dentist and hygienist were both nice but she left a bruise on my cheek which never happened in my previous dental appointments. The bruise lasted for a week. They showed me another bill which showed that I had to pay 195 dollars. I had doubts of my bill but I was assured that they would be ok to reimburse me if there's anything they would owe. 2 weeks later, I received a bill for another 115 dollars. I immediately called my insurance. Apparently they billed me for things that was covered by my insurance. The front desk people are not helpful at all. They totally overcharged me. And I am not the first person they did this to. They are not knowledgeable with billing.They are so quick to get your payment but very slow in reimbursement. Update 1/19/2022: I just received my refund. This was after my frequent calls between my insurance and Rachel since November. My insurance agent also spoke to her. Many times, I explained to her what my insurance covers and she has the audacity to tell me that my insuance doesnt cover the dental procedures and that it isn't what she and the insurance agent talked about. I am glad I finally got my refund because obviously they overcharged me.

After coming here for 18 years, I just walked out of my latest appt without even getting my routine cleaning. The turnover has been alot over the last couple years. The hygentist did not introduce herself, then proceeded to recommend a $600 treatment and they wouldn't do the normal treatment. Very disappointed.

People are so nice over there. The front desk explained the charges to us clearly. The dentists are honest and not trying to rip me off. The hygienist always put my son at ease. I highly recommend this place to others.
