Dr. Van Le believes that a dentist is only as good as the extent of their training, so she devotes her time to studying new developments in dental technology and participates in study clubs dedicated to current dental research. She believes dentistry at its best involves working with people and goes beyond merely treating teeth.
Dr. Van Le has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in Indianapolis for more than eighteenyears. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the Indianapolis District Dental Society.
Dr. VanLeresides in Fishers with her husband and two daughters. She participates in donating dental services for organizations that focus on children in need. She is also active in the childrens ministry through her church.

Dr. Thomas is a native of Indianapolis. She attended Roncalli High School and graduated from Indiana-University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Thomas attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013. She resides in Fishers with her husband, Brent, and their two children. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family and being involved in their church.
Hi! My name is Rossi and I am Dr. Van Le's dental hygienist. I am a newer face at Village Dentistry. I couldn't be more excited to be part of a dental team that cares so genuinely for the patients. I truly enjoy practicing dental hygiene and with Dr. Van Le, I am able to spend the time I need to give patients the highest level of dental care. Nothing could be more rewarding than having a job where you can make a difference in the lives of your patients and have fun while you are doing it.
I'm new to the Indianapolis area and myhometown is near Fort Wayne. Ilovespending time with patients and getting to know them on a personal level. Continuing to learn about new technology and innovations in dentistry is a passion of mine.
I have been in the dental field for nearly five years. Being able to make patients feel more comfortable and confident in their appearance is what I love about my job. In my free time, I enjoy focusing on health and fitness goals that I have set for myself. I am married and we have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Besides spending time our pets, we love spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, and camping.
My name is Ariel and Im one of the dental assistants here at Village Dentistry. I am a newer face to this office and to the dental world. I couldnt be more happier to join Dr. Van Le and her dental team to provide patients with the outstanding care they deserve. I love spending time with family and friends in my free time. I have two fur babies at home, Mae and Boo. I also enjoy traveling as much as possible.
I graduated from IUSB with an associate degree in dental hygiene. I have been practicing for 35 years. My goals are to care for my patients with the utmost ability that I have and with compassion. I want to listen, to educate, and to treat my patients, as I would want to be treated. Patients are #1! I have been married for 29 years and we have one four-legged child, Bentley. My husband and I love the outdoors, boating, RVing, and hiking.
On September 27th, 2018our 5th annualdental charity event with TeamSmiletook place at Lucas Oil Stadium. Our team and other dentists and dental volunteers provided free dental care to about 300 underserved children from local Indianapolis schools. We try to distract the kids from the dental care with athletes, cheerleaders, mascots, fun games, music & aDJ,and heatlh education. It's fun for all the kids and adults! Michelle, the hygienist, was fantastic! She did a great cleaning on my teeth without annihilating my gums and my general sense of wellbeing. The dentist had jokes for days. Will be taking my whole family here .

We went in today for our first cleanings since Covid. (So its been a bit) The entire team at Village Dentistry was kind, thorough and professional. We've been to a few dentists in the area over the past several years and this team, by far, has surpassed our other experiences.

There is something we all can only hope for when the "great" day of a dentist appointment comes upon us. That is to be helped by people who are absolutely all about your best interests and needs. I needed quite a bit of dental work done and they provided me a comprehensive plan to see it through. In the process of that, relationships were built along with a healthier mouth. The work was so gentle and precise. I am in a great place with my dental health right now thanks to the folks at Village Dentistry.

They're the best! Moved down south to Greenwood and still take the time to drive to Greenfield to see them... I don't like the dentist much but they make my experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible! Super friendly staff.
