Staff pleasant and welcoming. Office very clean, quiet and comfortable. Always on time. Procedures are explained and questions are answered. Able to reach someone after hours if you are having an emergency from dental work. This is thee place to go for all your dental needs!

Staff is wonderful, very pleasant experience for me. Everyone was caring and make you comfortable .they take their time and answered all my questions. I would recommend my friends to go there . They explain all your options. Doctor was very gentle. They listen to you and am so glad I went today.

Thumbs up for Village Dental. I was very pleased at my visit this week. Everyone was very conscious of safety precautions and cleanliness, as they always have been in the past. I was a previous patient of Dr. Farrell's when I lived in The Villages a few years ago. When I called for an appointment, they fit me right in and even started on my deep cleaning process, which was what I really needed to have done. Kelly, one of their dental hygienists was very thorough and very experienced at her job. I even requested her for my next appointment. Thanks Dr. Farrell and Kelly for your expertise. Kudos to the pleasant staff at the desk too.

I went to Village Dental and saw Dr. Richard Hall with a broken bridge and lots of hope. I was told I could either have a new bridge or all implants. The bridge was $7000.00 or implants which cost more. I chose the bridge. I was told the entire amount was due before any real work would commence. I did and payed the entire $7000.00. All the impressions were done and handled by a dental assistant. I did question the assistant and told her that it was not comfortable. The response was your fine. The only impression that the dentist was involved in was the permanent impression. That was sent to the lab. I was told I had to pay the entire amount up front which I di. I was given a temporary bridge and had surgery to remove a front Cap. Two of the temporary bridges broke and I have had pain where the tooth was removed ever since. I am very uncomfortable, have pain in my gum, my teeth do not line up, I am very unhappy and have expressed it many times even to office personnel and the dentist with no satisfaction at all for $7000.00. All of this has taken 9 or 10 appointments with another one scheduled. I need to confer with another dentist and have a new bridge done. Since my expenses will be doubled I feel strongly that I should be refunded. I have had extensive dental work my entire life so I know what I'm feeling and experiencing is wrong. This has been a very traumatizing experience and I am very disappointed because I believe so strong in dentistry

Oh My.... After moving here a year and a half ago and after trying 2 other local dentist, I thankfully found Village Dental.. They were very honest with my diagnosis and not just about making money... I loved Dr. Michelle Dulgar and no longer fear going to the dentist!! Their hygienist and assistants are amazing professional and very knowledgeable.

My experience was good. I had a problem with one temporary crown and my dentist replace the crown a no cost and the pain went away. Now waiting for my permanent crowns.

I have posted before, and post again because I am so pleased with Dr. Farrell and his staff. They are thorough, friendly, professional. I know they have many other patients to see, yet I never feel like any of them are rushing me through in order to get on to the next person. I like the family photographs; it gives a good feeling. The staff explains what is happening and why. And I'm given options, not just told what should happen.
