I absolutely LOVE this dental office ! EVERYONE there is AMAZiNG ! Romi ( i apologize if I spelled it wrong) ALWAYS makes sure to accommodate me anytime i need anything. being someone who feared the dentist , coming here was hars but Dr Bilal is by far my favorite, and his staff made me SO comfortable that im there as needed now. Dr. Robi is amazing !Dr Mona , is a god send she has so much patience & if yu know my daughter you know she is terrified of the dentist . her calm spirit has made treatment for my kids easy as well . I will be a pt as long as they are on business. Ty to ALL the staff at village group dental ! Jennifer R.

Dr.Rabie is the best he's very kind and concerned , He listens patiently to what the patient has to tell him. Front staff are very nice and helpful .

Rami (known as a manager in VILLAGE DENTAL GROUP in anaheim) is a provocative person, who does not know how to deal with people properly. He calls the patient and tells him that you have been accepted by the insurance for your dental treatment, and when the patient comes, he asks him for a sum of money. SCAMMMM!!

I went to clean my teeth. It was going to be covered on the insurance. They scammed me and took money from me even though everything should be covered by the insurance.

I have been to many dentists but nothing compared to the experience I have been having here . The front desk are really nice and professional and try the best to make sure you have the best service. I have been treated by both doctors in this office and it went really good . Everything is clean and well organized and everyone is friendly and make you feel welcomed.

If you care about your health, run away from them, they care about money and nothing but money, even if it comes to requesting operations that you do not need only to use your medical insurance and the receptionist is very exploitative

Do not go there if you value your teeth and if you don't want an ongoing problems. My wife went there for a routine teeth cleaning, she had no complains whatsoever from her teeth prior to that visit. During that visit they told that she needed to 4 fillings and she must do them even that she had no pain at all. Thinking that would a good thing to do to prevent any future problems she agreed to do them. She went back and the doctor did the four fillings in on visit. the doctor was jumping from one room to another between many patients during those procedures with minimum standards of cleanliness and sterility. Few days after my wife was in so much pain and discomfort.. we went back to the clinic to find out that she got infection in two of the filling and the nerve of one of them has died because of the deep drilling . the inexperienced doctor said that my wife needs a root canal now in both teeth cause she drilled too deep and caused a nerve damage . At that point we refused to continue with that office cause of their negligence and rough treatment and because of pain and suffering they caused to my wife. Unbelievably, after that they kept contacting my wife to schedule an extraction of her four wisdom tooth that she had no complains about. They are a typical business dentist who keeps pushing for unnecessary and unneeded dental work to make extra money not taking in consideration the patient well being and what they truly need. Even their reception employees try to sell you more dental procedures. not to mention the cost of two crowns that we have to pay for out of our pocket now. Go do you teeth somewhere else

Best experience I've ever had with a dental office. Staff is friendly, caring, and professional. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bilal. He's kind, caring, and concerned about your comfort level. I feel like family when I'm in this office. I hope I can find the same experience in AZ.

I went in to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I was beyond nervous, scared and my anxiety was through the roof. I walked out of there very happy. Dr Bilal is an excellent dentist. He has very light hands. I felt no pain. Staff is also very nice, they all made this experience very easy. Definitely recommending this dental office to my friends and family!

This is one of the best dental office that I have been to because the staff, nurses, receptionists, and doctors are extremely kind and take care of every dental need. I got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Bilal and I would say he did an excellent job. Including the receptionists and nurses, if you have any questions they would respond immediately.

I was a bit worried about them . But everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants , to the doctor were super nice and professional! I loved it . Great experience
