The staff here is great. They are very accommodating and comforting. This first time experience was one of the best I've ever had with a dentist. I got 4 fillings and a root canal. They are very sympathetic and don't make you feel bad for you mouth issues. They truly care and are there to make you feel your best.

Just don't, go anywhere but here! They take pride in seeing 50 patience a day but only spend 10 minutes in every room. The place is absolutely the worst! You will regret ever walking in the door because you will NOT be greeted by the NOT friendly girl at the window.

The Dr and office staff were great and friendly. The procedure for my son was quick and painless and they made him feel at ease. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks again

Rachel and Brittany were amazing. I finally have a smile I'm proud to share and confidence in myself again. Dr. Q was awesome and super gentle and kind. 100% would recommend Edit/Update: 5 months after getting treated by the younger dentist I'm still in pain almost daily. If you can go elsewhere you definitely should...

Edit: my experience this time around was a lot different than the first 3. They got me in right away and explained the process. Easy and out. Currently waiting in the parking lot writing this review. I've been waiting for my appointment time for an hour now. They make you wait in the car and you wait WAY after your appointment time. People have work still after their appointments. Don't make and appointment time for someone and not honor that. If I didn't just pay $750 for a crown, I would have left. I won't be returning. Oh and there work isn't great either. Still tons of tooth pain.

Needless to say, I hated the dentist just by coming to this place. Now I have a dentist I absolutely love going to. This place has no compassion and are very rude. Please save yourself especially if you have children. I would not trust these people at all. I think the dentist, all he cares about is money. Doesn't care about his patients at all.

Awful dentist. Got there 5 minutes before my appointment and they made me wait outside (because of Covid) till they called me. I called them after waiting for 15 minutes and they said I was late and I would have to reschedule because they don't take appointments that are more then 10 minutes late EVEN THOUGH I GOT THERE 5 MINUTES EARLY. awful place. DO NOT GO.

I was needing a root canal done and my dentist does not do them anymore. It took forever to find one that would take my insurance for a molar root canal. I finally found this place and came to read the reviews and I started to worry. But I really had no choice but to get it done asap and with my insurance. Once there the entire office was friendly, made me feel like a new patient versus a one time patient. They knew I had never had a root canal before and the dentist and his staff involved with my care made sure I understood everything that was going to happen and made me more relaxed about the procedure. I had no pain during the procedure or after. It was all around a good visit and good work done.

This is the bottom of the barrel. The hygienist is the only wonderful thing about this office. The receptionists sit out front making fun of clients and gossiping while you wait....and wait....and wait....and somewhere around 45 minutes after your appt you should be called. But, you must wait in your car until then. They show no care or compassion. And kindness is a trait that is non-existent. My wife and I had a death in the family. Cancelled our appt the night before. Now, the office refuses to see us until we pay a $50 fine for cancellation. They punished us with same day cancellation even though we called the night before and left a message because they didn't receive it until the morning of the appt. They upsell everything. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs if you would like to have a good experience. Bottom of the barrel care.

I dont know what I would do without the kindness of the Staff and Dr. Q . Everywhere you turn there is somebody there to assist you with a smile, help you and make you feel confident . I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed today and another broken tooth. Dr. Q tool the time to make sure I was numb at every turn. I was truly so scared to have them removed and he took that and made me.feel so at ease. Pressure and pain are 2 different things, he was so thoughtful throughout the whole process, quick, efficient and made me laugh the whole time. Who can do that ? When they have their hands and tool weaponry in your mouth? Dr. Q can. The dental hygienist I had the pleasure of working with was incredible and she came to check on me the next day after having my teeth extracted and made sure I was taken care of. Even the receptionist at the front desk helped me out by grabbing extra gauze and paper towels everything I needed . They truly work as a team and enjoy their work. I highly recommend them ! They also.worked with me financially which is something most.offices don't do, and the reason I had put off this work.for so long. So glad to have found this place !

I really wish I would of read these reviews before I went here, this was the worst, most painful dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Q will not stop when you tell him it hurts. I have permanent damage from a simple root canal. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.I am now over 2 months after my visit and the tooth that they were supposed to have taken the nerves out is causing me much pain. I now have no choice but to talk to a relative of mine who is a lawyer and see what we can do about this place.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! I went in for a few fillings and now I can barely eat without feeling pain through my whole mouth. They do not stop drilling when you tell them it hurts and Dr. Q drills excessively hard. You have to essentially assault the doctor to get him to stop. They're understaffed and seem careless about people with government insurance. I'd rather let my teeth rot than go back there and get my teeth butchered.

Awful place. Got fillings on both sides and the first guy took his time and did a normal job. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. Second guy (the older one) was AWFUL. My teeth still hurt the same way they did when he was actively drilling and it's been weeks. Mind you, he was drilling very forcefully and I could feel EVERYTHING. Even through local anesthetic. I made it very clear that i was experiencing severe pain and all he did about it was hold my face down so I wouldn't move again. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I hate.

They're understaffed. I had my wisdom teeth removed absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life I had to come back twice to get shards of bone taken out of my jaw. They "filled my cavities" and now it hurts To chew anything. My wife was even worse off 10 of 10 would not come back. The staff was friendly work is shoddy

You will definitely regret going here. B4 I even entered I noticed the grass was really tall and Weds everywhere. Once I entered the building it smelled, all the nurses talked to me like we were on the hood. The procedure I had done was terrible. I told him to stop when he got a nerve but he just kept at it, I was pinned down trying to scream that it hurt but he just kept on saying hold on hold on then I had to literally push him off me and raised up about to run out of there but my tooth was half drilled . The most horrible dental experience of my life and I am actually thinking that I should contact someone about this .

I went to the dentist for the first time ever at 32 years. The staff and dentist treated me as if I've been there since I was a child it was absolutely the best experience that I could have asked for and now my teeth look amazing I can't thank them enough for their time and effort hard work and empathy I would recommend them to anybody best staff the husband and wife who run the dentistry are amazing so happy that I decided to finally go to the dentist
