Dr. Michael S. Andrews, DDS, was graduated from the University of Michigan in 1979, and was graduated from University of Detroit Dental School in 1985. Dr. Andrews joined the dental practice (Madden & Mulder) in 1993 and became a partner in 1998.
He is married to Mary, and has two sons, Steven and Michael. Dr. Andrews is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the National Sleep Foundation and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Jason T. Pavlak, DDS graduated from Michigan State University in 1999 with a mechanical engineering degree. He graduated from the University Of Michigan Dental School in 2011. He joined the dental practice in 2011 and became a partner in 2016.
Colleen is married to her husband, J.D., and has two children, Declan and Bryn. Dr. Concepcion is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Livingston District Dental Society.
Dr. Erin A. Sparks, DDS, Milford High School class of 1994, went on to graduate from Western Michigan University in 1997. She was graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry in 2002. She joined Village Dental of Milford in 2019.
Dr. Sparks enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and reading. Having lived in Milford almost her entire life, she has a strong sense of community and enjoys promoting local activities and being a part of what the area has to offer.
Dr. Kristen M. Ciccarelli, DDS, grew up in Metro-Detroit and completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Saint Marys College of Notre Dame, majoring in Biology. She moved to Milwaukee to further her education and earned a Master of Communication from Marquette University, working in orthopedic sales prior to completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Ciccarelli prides herself on a patient-centered dental philosophy, and is passionate about expanding her knowledge through continuing education courses. She is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Michigan Dental Association.
Outside of work, Dr. Ciccarelli can be found trying new recipes in her kitchen or out and about trying new restaurants, traveling with her husband, Joe, and spending time outdoors with their English Cocker Spaniel, Gertie.

Dr Pavlak is THE BEST dentist EVER! He has repaired my 2 front teeth from a quack job done up north several yrs ago. He has also done my Invisalign treatment. The entire office is amazing! They have a cancellation list & one of few offices that really DO call you & fit you in!! I have never ever felt pain during nor after an appointment. They have state of the art equipment & have recently remodeled inside. It is beautiful & relaxing, even with a wall fireplace. Don't go anywhere else in the Milford/Commerce/Highland area. Pam R

Going to the dentist can be scary! My family and I have been going to Village Dental now for the past several years. Our experience each time we attend an appointment has been great. The staff is super kind and really seem to care about their patients. My 11 year old daughter feels so at ease, she goes back for a cleaning and exam and leaves me waiting in the waiting room. (which is very plush and beautifully decorated) I would highly recommend Village Dental.

Everyone is so friendly to work with. I've had several appointments this year and I have not been disappointed with the service or the people who work there. Dr. Sparks is very patient. Also, the new waiting room is very cozy and welcoming.
