Don't let the buildings appearance deterior your decision!! Most Amazing people, wonderful service, highly recommend! I know it's smaller and not as up to date looking, however they are wonderful at what they do. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff who go above any beyond. Doctor Herman is so sweet and personable he not only gives his personal number out but he answered any concerns I had even after hours! I will never go anywhere else! I will be recommending them to anyone who has ears! Lol You guys are great at what you do and I appreciate everything you did and will continue to do!

Dr Herman and his staff were awesome. Marceul (?) was exceptional! Had to get my denture relined. She was so patient with me, even after several additional visits for adjustments. I'm very happy

Will never go back and they know why. Word of advice. Take a look at the property as you go in. Run down and so is their professionalism. (Front office people a charm) And do not let a lady fit you with an impression for it will come out crooked and the color will be different from your original teeth. Good bye, I am sorry I have to leave with a bitter taste in my mouth and of course I will take my wife with me.

A wonderful practice that has been absolutely amazing to deal with. Often times at other places try to high pressure sales tactics and try to force you in to unneeded treatments, not the case here. I've been coming for years and have enjoyed my routine cleanings without any issues. Recently needed to be seen for some emergent dental pain, was seen in the office within a hour of calling, treated appropriately, referred for my root canal, and then had my crown placed back at the office. They do have new staff at the front desk (Fred is amazing). If you are looking for a fancy looking office and loads of frills then look else where. If you want quality dental work at reasonable prices and a knowledgeable doctor willing to take the time to talk with you, then book your next dental appointment here!

Dr.Herman is great. Professional demeanor. A skilled, personable dentist. The staff are wonderful too. Additionally I referred a friend here that has anxieties about dentistry in general. She was welcomed and treated with respect and kindness before, during and after her appointments.

No full refund was mentioned to me and quit honestly I do not trust a remake. It would like hiring a roof company who tore the wrong roof off and hiring them to put it back on. Be professional and hire professional people.

Dr Herman is great! I had excruciating tooth pain during the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak and I found him on the web as an emergency dentist. I called him on a Saturday and he got back to me within 10 minutes even though I wasn't a regular patient. He prescribed me some antibiotics pointed me in the right direction since little to know offices were open. I became a regular patient and he put me on a dental plan to fix all my issues since I haven't been to the dentist in some time. Dr Herman is the dentist for all four of my kids and I refer all my friends there too. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and do their best to accommodate all my needs.!! I'm so glad to have found a great dentist.

Village dental in Liverpool is the best place around. Dr. Gross and Dr. Herman are amazing dentists. They explain everything to you, and put your mind at ease when you're there. The hygienists are also wonderful, and very educated. The front desk staff are rockstars, and always make sure they get the most of your dental benefits for you, with the least out of pocket expenses. Fred at the desk is very personable and knowledgeable. Thumbs up from our family.

I'm new to the area and was referred to Village Dental through a friend of a friend; I couldn't be happier. They helped me secure x-rays from my former dentist (not so easy during covid), worked with my insurance and explained clearly a plan to deal with some pretty serious issues. I was treated professionaly and with respect starting with Fred at reception to Susan the hygienist to Dr. Herman. I highly recommend them.

Switched from my original out-of-network childhood dentist to Village Dental about two years ago- should have made the change years ago! The front office staff is consistently professional and welcoming. (Fred is a reassuring presence when you have a dental issue.) They demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of insurance and billing resulting in hassle-free, lowest-cost dealings. My whole family agrees our cleanings are more thorough since switching to Village Dental. The staff takes time to answer questions and explain procedures. They are friendly, experienced, and efficient! Dr. Herman solved an ongoing problem that my previous dentist seemed uninterested in addressing. He always makes a point, even during routine cleanings, to check in and see if there are any concerns- a level of attention I hadn't experienced before. His treatment plan for me has been thoughtful and comprehensive. My family and I are very satisfied!
