Was a bit overwhelmed hearing I had multiple cavities but I will own it has been since pre-covid since I've been to the dentist. Ally took meticulous notes during my initial exam and reassured me we could tackle my treatment one phase at a time. I felt so comfortable talking with her and sincerely appreciated her help. I wasn't shamed like I have been at other dentists and was not pressured to schedule treatment. I was educated on WHY and that empowered me to schedule my first phase of treatment. I'm actually looking forward to my upcoming appointment and don't dread going to the dentist as much as I have in the past.

Village Dental got me in as a new patient within a couple days. Overall first experience was great. Staff is extremely nice and quick. Allison and Dr. Valencia were pleasant and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

I've been using this GD office since I moved to NC 5-6 yrs ago. Staff is always very professional. I don't have anything negative to say about them. Today I had my last wisdom tooth removed, had to do sedation and I was super nervous, but the treatment coordinator was veeery sweet and patient with me. Explained everything and made feel comfortable. The assistants were super sweet and professional as always. Also the paramedic Chris was very professional. Thank you so much!

I used to love this place. Today I came after traveling 2:30 hs and they couldn't verify my insurance. I had to call my self to find out the information they couldn't get. My insurance did cover. I said I would pay out of pocket if the insurance didn't cover and they said it was too late to see me. I think it wasn't professional at all and they do not care about the patient. If they found out yesterday the insurance wouldn't cover ( they would) why they didn't call me to let me know before I came 2:30 hs driving leaving my 3 kids to someone else??? I am Frustrated and very disappointed with Village Dental.

They made my experience so fun, I had my teeth cleaned and some fillings and felt like I was living my best life! Jean was my hygienist and she was very informative and jolly! Dr. Zalal and his assistant Alyssa were beyond awesome! I got some sick sunglasses and they put on a playlist to jam to and even sang along! Had ourselves a little powwow and walked out feeling like my teeth were brand new! Huge shout out to this team and Village Dental - they are efficient and have little walkie talkies to communicate instead of people running around. If you're looking for a simple, happy, and enjoyable experience this is the place for you!

EDIT: continuing to help me fix what was re-broken! Thank You Maggie for reminding me to stop saying sorry. I am well on my way to clearing up ALL of the fallout from a dental emergency. Have a temp bridge and everything has healed according to plan. Again, Maggie made sure it was perfect! Smooch - AND When they tell ya it won't hurt- and you're skeptical- so they call and make sure you're not hurtin too bad. Love the practice- Dr. Martin is both beautiful and a great dentist. I continue to be humbled by their tremendous customer oriented dental practice. FROM January to now Wow. (First review below) The service received was outstanding. Rebuffed by my own dentist in an emergency type situation was a blessing ...every single person from the first phone call to leaving WELL after closing time... Doc Britt gave me much confidence for what had to be done immediately. Ally? What can I say, between calming my fears and answering honestly all questions repeatedly ; ) ... She completely rocks. Ashton too - clearly outlining all costs and making calls... I recommend highly to anyone needing a caring, intelligent, outstanding dental execution, fabulously savvy and sweetly staffed Village Dental. Thank you so much for addressing my emergency with such professionalism.

Fantastic facility, run incredibly efficiently and very detailed oriented during treatment. Which is always appreciated. Dr Valencia and Allison were brilliant. Would highly recommend.

This is the the best dentist office ever. I always have good experiences at this office. The staff is absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate everything they do to provide a quality experience. I can't put into words how grateful I am for the entire team at Village Dental. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy! Please book an appointment! Had my first appointment with Elysa and she did a fantastic job addressing all my concerns and all options going forward (not to mention a pain free cleaning). Ally helped me get a plan together and went over what to expect financially, and Dr. Valencia was very thorough in her explanation of everything. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Great group of folks and a great local practice to support.

I think the visit went very well. It was both my boys first time going to the dentist 5 and 7. Both are autistic and the staff was great with them.

Back to school headaches, I was able to get me son an exam, xrays and cleaning on the same day. This was also my son's first experience with an adult dentist not a pediatric. Allison was absolutely wonderful to my son. Dr.Valencia was very effective in coveying the benefits of proper teeth cleaning to my son. I am very impressed with the teeth cleaning they do here. I would recommend having cleaning done at Village Dental North Raleigh

I received the most and best attention I have ever received at a dentist. Thorough hx and listened to concerned. X-rays very complete and evaluated. Dr Mrs Martin consulted after evaluation and she performed a through de-plaquing and cleaning herself. I need a lot done and they are willing to work with my finances. I am very impressed. And that's saying a lot!
