Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Great group of professionals.. If you're nervous, when you go to the dentist, they'll put at ease. The office staff is great. I had a partial that wasn't fitting correctly so I hardly wore it. They were able to adjust and now I know I'll wear it all the time. If you are looking for a dental office that won't make you feel judged, give them a try.

First time going in here today and I must say everyone is so professional, friendly and so helpful. Got a bunch of procedures done successfully and wasn't even painful! Highly reccomend this place! I will become a regular patient!

This place is DISGUSTING!! If you would like to contract a disease, go here!! The dental technician was touching everything (the mouse, the machine, digging in a drawer) in the room with the same pair of gloves on, then proceeds to put her hands inside my child's mouth. I asked for the manager or the dentist. Dentist came and said that she wouldn't do that, right after I just watched the technician do this. I'm a nurse and I know infection control. Please if you value your health DO NOT Go here!!

My son goes here for his orthodontics. They are always polite, professional and on time and have gone out of their way to help me with insurance and financial aspects. They are our office of choice. Bonus points because they're also only a few minutes from home!

This review is a long time coming. A few months back, I visited this place in need of emergency dental work. I was in much pain. The team here was vary caring and compassionate. After scheduling an appointment for a few root canals and crowns (I needed a bit of work needless to say), I came in to get the work done. Dr. Sonal Singh was very efficient. My teeth were very sensitive, and she was vary aware of my sensitivity. She worked quickly, and rooted for me to "hang in there" the whole time during the crowns' installation. She got it done, and a few months later, I am happy to report that my teeth and crowns feel great. Bravo. Dr. Ronak Makadia was very efficient and professional when performing the root canals as well. Steady hands, quick work, and no pain (after the anesthetic was administered). What else can I say? Come here if you want to get dental healing and cleaning done professionally and courteously. I am sure they can help you as much as they helped me.

I am quite disappointed with VD. I had an appointment at 11:30am today. I get to the office 10 minutes early only to find out that I will not be seen because the hygienist is out. The lady I talked to at the front desk asked if anyone called me and the only one that called and left a message was Jeremy the day before to confirm my appt. No one called me to tell me I had to reschedule. I also received a text today saying they look forward to seeing me today. So I'm confused. Normally I don't get upset over these kind of things but this one did. I work all the way in Poway and got off early for an appointment that was non existent! Please next time make sure your staff/ front desk communicates with the patient! This will save us time and gas!

The finance manager was very helpful and detailed in her responses; generally, it seemed that the Ortho provider we saw was also of some assistance; however 1 month prior to our visit I reached out to ensure the procedure we wanted to be completed would be covered under our dental insurance plan. My insurance plan does state their office covers the procedure but only select providers and I was very (explicitly) clear from the onset that I wanted only that provider so that we would not be billed any additional charges. Well, VD Group decided to negate my request and set me down with an out-of-network provider and stated afterward that my in-network provider was not available. It appears there is a lack of integrity here; if you cannot operate with honesty during the financial element, I certainly don't want you digging into my mouth to perform any oral procedure.
