Very rude office manager Cassandra. My family and I left that place after going there for years, due to her being so rude. Don't waste your time. Run away from there. Wish I can give 0 stars. If you look at their reviews, most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are the same exact words, just different people names. Hopefully the public sees this before they take it down.

Horrible experience. I went in due to being in pain. They WERE GREAT about getting me in promptly and took care of that. Then due to all the work that needed to be done said they would get me a price the next day as the work exceeded what my insurance paid. No call the next day. I called the day after and was told they would call me back later in the day. This went on for 8 days. Finally got a price and agreed. I left work early. I showed up on time for my appointment. They wanted half the money up front. I agreed. I handed them a check. They then proceeded to tell me they don't accept checks. It is not posted anywhere in their office, nor on the contract I signed that they don't except checks . I was told no one accepted checks anymore. The office lady had a really poor attitude. I would recommend a vet before them

BEWARE - DO NOT PREPAY FOR SERVICES- OFFICE IS REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR A CROWN DEPOSIT (WHICH WAS NEVER STARTED) I have been a patient at Village Dental for the past two years. I have no issue with the medical staff. They do a good job. However the front office/managing staff are terrible. I pre-paid for a crown EIGHT MONTHS AGO, and the work was not done (the process never started). I have been calling multiple times to get my money refunded and the staff will not do it. I have spoken to Roshee who is in charge of this process and she reassures me it will be refunded, but it never happens. In addition I received a retroactive charge of a visit From December (four months later) charging additional $20, (and was told at the time of the visit I had paid in full). I told Roshee to just subtract the $20 from my refund, but of course that has not happened. I fear I will never get the $400 for the half crown deposit I gave last September. With this COVID lockdown the office staff is there everyday answering phones but the office is only open to emergencies, yet they cannot process this simple request. They play phone tag and keep me on hold, take messages which are never returned.

The doctor he didn't listen patient concerns and needs . They want the patient to pay unnecessary payment . I never wanna go back to village Dental !

They keep taking down my review. I feel I should warn anyone who goes to this dental office to be cautious. They did nothing to help me with pain, told me they wouldn't help until I could afford a root canal, my grandmother who's going to be paying for my treatment is currently out of town until the (22nd) and I told them that; still they told me "go to the emergency room or another dentist if you're in pain" then what's the point in seeing this dentist if they aren't willing to help with anything until I have money to give them!? They are my dentist, why would I have to sit in the er for a dental problem? That's why I came to the dentist! This place is horrible, and they over charge. I was told my appointment would cost 24$ and they tried to change it last minute to 45$ I ended up paying 25$ for a couple X-rays and nothing else! I have since seen a different dentist and they are charging half of what this place tried to charge me. I have file a complaint with the dental board of California. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING HERE, I will continue to post my review to warn others each time it's taken down.
