Been looking for a dentist within my insurance plan and I'm so glad I finally found something good. I've never had to wait longer than 15 mins to be seen and haven't had any issues with making an appointment. Not sure where the negative reviews come from I've yet to have a bad experience and the people here are SO friendly, funny, and welcoming. Also Spanish speaking employees which is nice. They really worked with me financially so I can pay in increments (you can split it into multiple visits or a downpayment of an amount of your choice + 6 mo, 12mo, etc monthlies.) and you can choose what services you want to add on or save for later. They'll explain what you'll be charged for and what insurance covers BEFORE any treatment is done which is great because I've had dentists charge me only after they've done the treatment and added a bunch of unnecessary treatments not covered by insurance which is beyond frustrating. The dentist is a super nice lady. Place is very clean with a lighthearted vibe but you can tell they know what they're doing.

Carson Family Smiles Is by far the best dentist office I have visited. At first I just wanted to get a deep cleaning due to some gum issues I have because of a medication I take for epilepsy. When I arrived to the office I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water. The front desk staff was definitely warm and welcoming. The music they had playing was a welcome change from the smooth jazz in most dentist offices. Since It was my first visit I had to get X-rays. I thought to myself oh great this is going to take a while. I noticed all of the equipment seemed to be newer than anything I had seen at my previous dentist office. They took my scans quickly and I had a consult with Dr. Villacis after. None of my other Dentists had taken the time to explain the actual state of my tooth and gum health much less point out specific examples using the scans they had just taken. I learned that I needed more than a deep cleaning. Using my X-rays she showed me a couple of areas of concern. I am loosing a significant amount of bone in my jaw that can cause tooth decay. The Dr. recommended I have my wisdom teeth pulled out. After the consult Alex the Dental Hygienist went to town and I must say my mouth never felt so clean. He suggested a gum treatment gel and trays that have been working wonders. Since I started using them my gums are not swollen and I don't bleed at all when I floss. I am thankful Dr. Villacis and her staff. They are all so nice and welcoming but most of all for providing me with such great care. This is definitely my new dentist office. I highly recommend Carson Family Smiles.

It's been such a pleasant experience here. The doctor and all the staffs were so nice. Everybody's was so professional and respectful to me. The office was so clean and all the equipment was updated. I certainly recommend anybody who needs a dental service.

Showed up for an emergency and they were very kind and hospitable. They were able to squeeze me in and provide me with proper treatment and care that I needed. The staff was nice. The space was very clean and knowledgable. Communication was also very clear. I would recommend this Dental Office for any of your oral health concerns!

I have been searching for a dentist for the longest time because of my disability is difficult to transfer in and out of the chair however here at Carson Family Smiles they make sure that I get everything I need and they have some of the greatest attitudes about going about doing things so it's like family here so I would suggest you come if you haven't been here already

What a joke of a business! Dr. Villacis only cares about ripping you off as a patient! Ha - these five star reviews were written by her and her staff! Terrible customer service, late appointments, the work around for what they want to UPSELL you on. Please. You're a disgrace of a business! I asked for dental pricing and the front desk guy wrote it to me on an orange post it! Isn't that illegal? What a joke!!!
