Dr. Kathryn Le is a graduate of the Dental Anesthesiology Program at Loma Linda University, a two-year post-doctoral residency. Her extensive training at the Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Health Care System, Riverside County Regional Medical Center, and Loma Linda Medical Center provided her with invaluable experience in cardiology, internal medicine, and medical anesthesiology. This training allowed her to successfully manage a large variety of complex medical and surgical cases. In addition to her hospital-based experience, she also has considerable experience in providing outpatient ambulatory anesthesia. At Loma Linda University's Special Care Dentistry Center, a clinic treating approximately 5,000 patients annually, Dr. Le provided general anesthesia for a variety of special needs adult and pediatric patients. Examples include patients with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down's Syndrome, and pre-cooperative young children.
Dr. Le is a member of the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Orange County Dental Society. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Prior to her training in anesthesiology, she received her bachelor's in Neurobiology and Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in 2002. During her stay at UCI, she conducted research under the National Institutes of Health. In 2006, she received her doctorate in dental surgery from the University of California, Los Angeles. She was twice awarded the Regents Scholarship, the highest level of recognition within a UC, at both UCI and UCLA. From 2006-2007, she completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System.
In her free time, Dr. Le enjoys playing guitar, recording music, watching HGTV, and practicing wing chun kung fu. Her favorite activity of all, however, is spending time playing, teaching, and relaxing with her son. Dr. Le loves children and is committed to providing the highest level of comfortable and safe anesthesia for all mouths, big or small.

Kind, Fun, and Beautiful atmosphere. The dentists friends were very kind. We felt at home. We felt like we were visiting family here. My daughter felt safe. They have awesome modern technology to x-ray my daughter's teeth! No more need to bite in those weird chewy things in your mouth to take an x-ray picture. Especially for a kid, this is a big plus. Thanks for the wonderful experience! I highly recommend this Dentistry to all parents.

Extremely happy with our first-time experience here today. Everyone was very friendly & treated my 10-year-old son with great care, compassion, & patience. The office is very clean, nice, & modern. Even Jayden gives this place a big thumbs up!

SO happy with our experience at this office. I have been bringing my toddler since he was 18 months old and we've had such a wonderful experience with both Dr. Butler, Dr. Vo and all the assisting staff and front office. My son also loves visiting Nemo and Dory in the fish tank :) I could not recommend this office enough! Make an appointment, you will not regret it.

I can't speak highly enough of the experience we had at Villa Park Pediatric Dentistry. Everything about this practice is amazing. Easy appointment set up? Courteous attentive reception team? No stress insurance verification? Doctor and attending team with incredible patience, bedside manner, welcoming presence and total ease with curious young children?If you aren't sold by their service alone, the facility itself is beautiful, modern, immaculate and welcoming. I'm also grateful for the precautions being taken in consideration of the COVID pandemic. My children love Dr. Butler and we don't plan on going anywhere else. This practice is a blessing and super find among pediatric providers.
