I'm writing this on behalf of my mother who has been a long time patient of Dr. pryszlak. After hearing how she was treated, I couldn't not sit here and just let it go. My mother has always ranted and raved to me about how great of a practice this was, but clearly it has become run into the dirt. My poor mother called with a tooth ache while the doctor was out on surgery per the representative Judy who she spoke to. I'm so glad that doctor who probably told her staff she was out surgery was probably spending her patients hard earned money on a fancy vacation while having staff who are being rude to her patients. My mother was told "if you would have come for your preventative appointments like I've been calling you for, this wouldn't have happened." My mom reported that she was disgusted and hung up the call. She called back hoping to get another representative, however she did not, instead she got Judy stating "I just told you." Anyone who is anyone knows that even with preventative appointments, there is no guarantee that all services that are needed will be caught. I found my mother someone else who seen her same day, saddest part is my mother still wants to return to Dr. Pryszlak stating that she must have just had a staff member having a horrible day.

Top of the line dental care. The entire team shows their passion or dentistry as soon as you walk in the door. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile, and treated phenomenally by the whole team. Dr. Pryszlak provided the best dental exam I've ever had. She even took photos of every tooth so I knew exactly what she was talking about when she did her exam. I left feeling like a person and not just another dental statistic. I had a clear plan on what needed to happen, with everything explained even insurance estimates were provided for my upcoming care. I'm switching all of my family members to Viera Smile Studio, and have recommended all of my friends to join me in the switch. I truly feel as if Dr. Pryszlak and her team put me first.

Dr. Pryszlak is the most skilled, meticulous, compassionate, and understanding dentist that I have ever seen. She and her staff give great customer service. They take the time necessary to make a patient feel comfortable with their treatment and feeling well cared for. Thank you!

The friendly staff are wonderfully cheery, helpful and efficient. Brittany and Cynthia were rays of sunshine. Dr Pryszlak has the gentle hands of an angel and the knowledge and expertise of a dental superstar. After a straightforward check-in process and a few taps on an iPad to fill in the paperwork, I was in the chair, teeth cleaned and examined, a clear resolution identified and a plan to implement it in place, and back out in record time. I'll certainly be back. Thanks Dr. Pryszlak and Cynthia and Brittany!

When I had moved to Melbourne, I had a tooth that was giving me tremendous pain. I was referred to this office by a coworker, but the secretary refused to put me on the schedule until the following week. The pain was so bad, ended up being a cracked tooth, I had to go to an emergency clinic over the weekend. It cost me over $200. When I finally saw this dentist the following week she said "we should have seen you last week". I ended going to an Oral Surgeon to get the tooth pulled. This office has been harassing me for over a year for a bill they claim I owe. They even turned it over to collections which has impacted my credit score. My credit score is normally over 800. Now it has dropped to less than 800. I work in healthcare and we would never treat people this way. So, I would highly suggest people use a more caring office. I was nice enough not to file a malpractice suit, but now I will need to.

The Viera Smile Studio takes seriously the fine art of preserving smiles. My recent hygiene appointment was at the top of the charts for friendliness, efficiency and genuine care. I had quality time with the doctor, and the hygienist was as thorough as I have ever experienced. When my appointment was complete, I felt renewed! The environment is comfortable and pristine, and all COVID precautions have been met and even exceeded. Thank you again, Joanne.

Can't say enough good about Dr. Pryszlak's practice. Friendly staff, attention to detail, easy explanations of exam results, and consummate professionalism all around! Health and safety protocols are top notch! Very happy to have found my new local dentist :-)

Britney greeted me with a grin Asked if any pain I was in In minutes I was given an x-ray Like Superman they saved the day It was apparent I'd need an extraction Much to my satisfaction They informed me with all I needed know And the extra mile they did go Calling here and there to get it out As soon as possible without doubt The very next day I'd have it fixed A wisdom tooth problem fully nixed Cynthia the assistant x-rayed my teeth Dr. Pryszlack revealed problems that were beneath They told me all I needed to know That's why I'll return to Vierra Smile Studio. She is hands down the best dentist in town. Always gentle and informative and does an expert job. I have been here for years and I'm a big wimp if it comes to the dentist. The beauty is that I trust her, she will never do unnecessarily work. She wil show you where the problem is,and tell you step by step how she improves it.

Dr. Pryszlak and her staff are very professional. I have always feared getting dental work done but that has changed with Dr. Pryszlak...she sure knows what she is doing and I have had extensive dental work done with her and none of it was ever painful. His dental office is also amazing, completely state of the art. I very highly recommend Viera Smile Studio.
