The customer service here is awful, when trying to schedule appointments, even tho the appointment has been made for 6 months. The canceled without warning. I only found out because I called the morning of to verify times. No remorse or intent to fix their mess up. We will be finding another provider

I hadn't seen a dentist in a over a year and a half and had some catching up to do. Despite being 45 minutes late they still said I could come in staight from work with was another 20-30 minutes. They stayed late for me. They also worked me into there busy schedule with a patient cancellation.. Being prompt and recognising individually specific needs they were able to get me smiling inwich othere offices would turn away. For that I am grateful...

I was go to Vidal for over a year, I was not impressed with his bedside manner. The last time I went in was fir two top Veneers and I was quoted a price then, it was changed and I was sent a bill for more money. I will not go back.!

Terrible office, I HIGHLY do not recommend. My mother went in to get bonding on her teeth and they did nothing she asked for! Bonding was extremely thick, gave her an overbite, and didn't even fix the teeth she went in for. Please do not take your family to this office, especially if you would like your teeth to remain intact. In conclusion, go to hell.

Terrible office, I HIGHLY do not recommend. My mother went in to get bonding on her teeth and they did nothing she asked for! My son has been seeing other dentists in Mason City for over a year and have had nothing but problems the whole time. A close friend of mine recommended Dr Vidal and we called his office. They got him in right away, found multiple issues and he and his staff even stayed late to help him. I'm so grateful for the respect and extraordinary effort they put into helping him. It is so satisfying to finally find someone who still cares about the needs another human being. My son really liked the way he was treated and will never go to any other dentist I can't thank Dr Vidal enough

BEWARE of "Not for Humans" & "We only get the Medicare Patients" signs on the way in. My local vet provides my cats better service then this place gives you. Showed up for appt and they couldn't find it on their schedule. Next go round, I had to cancel an appt because of being called in to work and because I cancelled on day of appt, they sent me a letter in the mail stating that "they can no longer work with me because of my cancellation." Seriously, they can lose your appt but your not forgiven for a one time work emergency cancellation? The tooth they filled that I was coming back to fix, I went to another dentist where I paid to have properly fitted/ground was able to chew again and never had problems with again. Why wasn't it properly ground/fitted when it was filled initially, why did it need a 2nd appt to get job done in first place? This is "merica", not a 3rd world country. If you have to pay a real dentist to work on your teeth, do it, rather then going to this place. #yourworthmorethanthis

Would not extract my tooth causing me problems "multiple infections", Tried to refer me to a place in mason city with a multi month waiting list for a chipped tooth extraction OR root canal and crown. Not thrilled that a dentist cannot do a extraction. Update, have gone to aspen dental turns out i need multiple teeth pulled instead of one AND 5 cavities instead of the 2 Vidal said i had.

If they're gonna close the office down during breaks, that should state that on their voicemail and when they will resume! They're voicemail said they were closed, but they were "on break" so I thought they closed without informing me about my appointment, so I didn't go and I left a message with the secondary number. No call back. I only been seen there once and have to find another office because I didnt know how they opperated their business and they can't reschedule me. Bad customer service!!!

Been going to him for more than 10 years. Always treated me well. friendly staff. Kept my teeth healthy. Helped me get into a place to get my root canal.

He is a Asshat. Calls patients liars. Refuses to listen. Forces them to look in mirror to make point. Humiliates patients I may be on Medicaid but no one Deserves to be treated the way he treats patients. DO NOT USE PETER VIDAL

It's sad how ignorant some of you are. Check with your insurance carrier. They call the shots, not Pete! If you can find a dentist that accepts your insurance and will do an extract you're a miracle worker.
