Been coming here for several years and even my small children are comfortable and well taken care of. Staff here is wonderful and patient with my children. They ensure each patient is well taken care of.

Very friendly and courteous. Had 6 composites done in one day. No biggie! My dentist and assistant were great! However, check your insurance claim. Seems as if I have been overcharged according to my claim statements and the billing department is not budging to return the money I have overpaid. Not cool! Filing a grievance with my insurance. Btw. I did get the overpayment returned to me. We t there today 10/26/22 for a routine cleaning. Co pay is $12. Why are they trying to charge a $7 sterilization fee?! Did not pay. Was told she will take the charge off this time but next time I'd have to pay. As much as I liked the Hygienist and Dentist, I'm not going back there . As a patient I shouldn't have to argue over fees. The insurance rep even said that she'd never heard of such fee.

The dental assist Minnie was so sweet and caring. I am disabled and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Dr Rodriguez was a really nice dentist and he listened to my concerns and answered any questions that I had at the time. Great personal at the Huntsville office.

The staff was friendly and professional, the Dentist was kind and took time to show and explain procedures, listen to important details and made sure it was a safe, comfortable and clean environment. The office staff in general was very professional and approachable, the whole place was clean, all my questions were answered and they were proactive about helping make a financial solution for me. This is a wonderful dental group!

Victory smiles is a Great Dental Clinic. They always listen to me and try to accommodate whatever problem I have. I am satisfied having been a patient here for several years. Dr. Flippen and Dr. Pham are very nice and will work with me and my problems. All the girls in the office are very nice people. Never had a problem here.
