Place is a scam. If you have discount plan they will tell you on phone it's accepted. Once there, they say no and try to get you to finance it. Avoid. I'm sending letter to Virginia Board of Denistry

Their office called me the day before to confirm my appointment at 2:44 PM, which I confirmed. At 5:12 PM their office calls me again and leaves a VMail stating that they are canceling my appointment because I didn't confirm my appointment. Fast forward to today, my appointment is 8:00 AM, I arrive at 7:55 AM. The staff is smoking and laughing in the parking lot, at 8 AM the staff gets in their vehicles and leave! The lights are off, doors are locked. At 8:09 I get a Text Message stating that they "Lost Power" when clearly the suite next door has power. So the staff is either incompetent and can't pay the light bill or can't figure out how to flip a breaker.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. It was so bad that I don't even know where to start with the complaints. First of all, Dr. Pearson will surely make you feel terrible about your dental health from the moment you sit in her chair. My last, and final, experience with her consisted of her making a continuous fuss about my gums bleeding while she kept nicking them with her drill. She is extremely impatient and does not care whatsoever about the patient's cosmetic concerns and will leave you with jacked up temporary crowns or fillings just to get you out of her chair. I had a root canal in DECEMBER and had my "temporary" crown put on and was told to come back in 2 weeks for my permanent which turned into 4 weeks because they "lost" my molding, then 7 weeks because they had to cancel my appointment. I returned for my permanent crown a month later to discover the crown was completely wrong, which turned into another set of molds and having the new crown "expedited" only to come back 3 weeks later with the incorrect measurements. I am expected to move in two weeks and was assured this would be taken care of, however I now have yet another temporary crown that is too big and noticeably 3 shades different. Save your time, insurance and out of pocket costs by NOT going here. **The only perk of this place was that the dental assistants were extremely kind and tried their best to make these disastrous visits tolerable.

I went in for my cleaning. I was pleased to have Ms. Allison assigned to me that day. Besides being pretty she was professional and thorough. I'm 55 so this was not my first trip to the Dentist. She took her time and gave me peace of mind she was getting all the problem areas. Giving me feedback on what areas I needed a little more attention in my home care. She took it a step further and did my perio evaluation which gave me updated numbers on the health of my gum line. (She gathered the perio numbers on her own, usually there is another person annotating the numbers as the tech probes) She did it solo. She conveyed to the Dr. my interest in getting some further work done, they "may" not be covered on the insurance. The Dr. came in and we made plans for that extra work and got it scheduled. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Allison and the Dr. All my oral care concerns were taken care of. Go see these folks at Victory Dental, they will take care of you.

I emailed, called, left messages all that you would think would warrant a call back. I was trying to make 2 appointments for new patients and they never called me, emailed me or answered the phone when I called. Disappointing when you are just trying to find a local dentist.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review, especially a negative one, but after several issues I cannot remain quiet. My family and I have been patients here for several years. I'm not sure what changed in the past 1-2 years but it is certainly not the same practice we originally attended. I have shown up twice now for my scheduled appointment for my children and husband to find the office closed and no one answering the phones. We received confirmations for the appointments and still the office was closed. I also scheduled an appointment for a cavity concern and was called and left a voicemail to change the time for the appointment. I did not agree to the time change and they still moved the appointment and then told me it was for a cleaning only. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she would call me the next business day. Needless to say, no one ever called me. Again today, my husband had a confirmed appointment- he showed up and the office was closed. We will be changing dental practices immediately.

I went to an appointment here once after stating I have a lot of anxiety around dentists as I've had a lot issues in the past. I'm highly allergic to mint and I have it on my chart. I made sure to say it before my cleaning because I've had incidents in the past. The dentist I saw also asked if I'm allergic to toothbrushes too along with mint. I left the office crying. I know I have bad teeth, I do everything I can to keep them happy and healthy but genetics aren't kind to me and I acknowledge that. I've never felt more embarrassed and ashamed in my entire life. I do not recommend this place at all and it's only amplified my fear of dentists.

Arrived for my appointment and the office is closed. My appointment has been scheduled for two months. If I am a no show at an appointment providers have the option to charge me a fee. How come providers can just not show up and nobody holds them accountable.

Had appointment today at 9am. Showed up to the office not open and a lady in scrubs standing outside. I called my sister to mention I had waisted my time coming here as some dental Tech was standing outside as well. The lady in scrubs was sure to correct me to let me know she was the Dentist. She then stated she had texted them. Took alot of coordination with my office to make this appointment so it's disappointing when you don't meet your end of the bargain.

Retired military, so I'm used to some seriously unbalanced treatment when it comes to getting teeth cared for. I'd neglected my oral care for longer than I wish to admit, so I was expecting a painful visit. This, however, was kid-glove treatment like I've never experienced. The front staff greeted me with a smile as I came in, and processed all my paperwork with a flash. Jennifer and Maria were my hygienists: everything was explained in advance and they checked on me constantly through the inspection and cleaning and did an amazing job bringing my teeth back to inspection readiness. The worst discomfort I felt was the equivalent of getting a popcorn hull poking you in the gum line, and even that only occurred for a split second where the cleaning had to be the most intense. The doc was friendly and explained exactly what I'd need going forward, which thankfully isnt too much all things considered. Very happy to have chosen them, and happy to recommend them to folks too.

I have been a patient for years now. It wasn't until I found Victory Dental that I was not afraid to see a dentist. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They put any worries easily to rest. Every visit is pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend the care given. Thank you again, Janet.

The family and I all had appointments this particular day 3/27. The wait was a tad long but staff was super friendly. My kids were so comfortable. My youngest daughter didn't even cry. Jen was so friendly as well as Dr Mac. My experience here was a pleasant one
