I absolutely LOVE this office!! From the front desk, the DA, the Hygienist, Mrs. Shelley and, Dr. McDonald they were all awesome!! Each one of them took their time with me and, addressed any concerns that I had! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants a Dental Office that cares!!

There is no live person to answer phone. Came for the scheduled appointment and the office was closed, the doors were locked. Texted to their phone number and was told that the practice was notified but no one was in the building.

I am very pleased with Victory. The staff are very professional and very friendly. I started coming here after Covid pandemic and was in need of a thorough cleaning. The dental hygienist did an excellent job of restoring my teeth back to before Covid. Also, Dr McDonald is extremely knowledgeable and can perform far more tasks than just general dentistry. It is so convenient to go to one office for everything from crowns to implants and get the job done right.

Always greeted by smiling faces. Dental assistants are helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr McDonald is very easy to work with and always explains what he's doing and why! Highly recommend this practice for your dental needs!

Dr. McDonald installed some cheap, low quality fillings in my mouth, now I cant chew food in some areas of my mouth without experiencing pain. I dont think I needed fillings in the first place, but went with the Doc's recommendation. They take a lot of money and mess up your teeth, stay away.

Dr. McDonald and his staff are the best I have ever experienced. For years I avoided a tooth extraction simply because of the pain I experienced during routine cleanings at other Dentist practices. My first cleaning at his location convinced me that not all Dentist are the same, so I trusted him with removing my tooth. He removed my tooth and I didn't even realize it was extracted. WOW!!! There was no pain and no discomfort after the extraction. This was contrary to what others had experienced with their Dentist. Dr McDonald and his staff have always been kind, fun and professional. I will not go anywhere else and I highly recommend his services. 5 's out 5

I hate that I wasted my time here. The office is very unorganized and the Dentist does not listen to what issues you're experiencing. I only went here because it was in network. My out of network provider sent over all of my consultation x-rays to Victory to assist in resolving my tooth problem. The dentist didn't even take the time to review them and gave me a completely different diagnosis for my issue. Understanding that he is the professional, I allowed him to try his process to fix my tooth filling I was told if it isn't quite right to call and they'll have me come back in for another adjustment. Just over a week later I called because the problem still existed and was instead prescribed pain medication which was not necessary for my issue, and was also told instead I'm just going to be referred to a specialist. Again, I agreed because I want my tooth fixed. After trying to be patient and waiting two weeks, I called the specialist Only to find out victory dental never sent over the referral. I called the office on December 30 and left a message asking for a callback to get an explanation and ensure it would be sent this time. It is now January 6 and I still have not received any communication from victory dental. This is terrible service and borderline negligent of your patients. Very disappointed and hope nobody else Hass to have a bad experience like this

I was a bit nervous about coming to a new dentist, but I had an excellent experience here! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, and the office was very clean too. My experience was pain free (not usually the case at the dentist for me), and the dentist and hygienists communicated what they were doing with me throughout my appointment. Sheryl took the time to help me understand how my insurance works with this office, which was so helpful. If you're searching for a dentist, I highly recommend coming here!
