I am so grateful for Dr. Potter and his staff. I was in excruciating pain and they got me in the same day and took care of my root canal. I had never had that much pain in my life, and Dr. Potter took care of it. I was 100% better the very next day. Thank you Dr. Potter and his staff. Have a Merry Christmas

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I've been to see Dr. Potter four times. Every single time, I had a horrible experience. Three times I was not completely numb. Even when I complained about the pain he didn't stop and try to finish numbing my mouth. On the second visit he hit a nerve while numbing my mouth, that shocked my whole body. The third visit, he drilled outside of the root and into my jaw bone while I wasn't completely numb. Last and fourth visit was to finish up what he couldn't finish on the third visit. Luckily I went back, because he totally overlooked one of the roots and found it on the fourth visit. I also have two friends that had work done and were also traumatized on their visits. They too had very similar stories. Meds being pushed WAY too fast, not being numb while being worked on, etc. I will never go back to him again.

As soon as I walked into Dr. Potter's office, I felt welcomed. From the front desk to the complimentary throw covers in the lobby! His assistant was awesome and did a great job! Dr. Potter was simply amazing! Dr. Potter explained the procedure to me and ensured I felt no pain and was comfortable! Dr. Potter was patient did not rush through the procedure. He explained the after care and they had an ibuprofen and a bottle of water waiting for me when I was scheduling my follow up appointment! This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting dental work completed!

Dr. Potter and his staff are amazing. I dont like dental work much less my 1st root canal however they made me comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Victoria Endodontics. The entire staff was so attentive to my needs and made sure I was having the best experience possible with them. My root canal was literally pain-free, and I had no pain afterwards either.

I've have 2 procedures done with Dr. Potter and he did a wonderful job! He always checks in with a personal phone call after to make sure there are no issues and explains any underlying problems that I may need to watch for! Definitely recommend!

I had a procedure done by Dr. Potter and Dr. Simon both. They were phenomenal clinicians! Amazing bedside manor, fantastic treatment, and had the curteousy to perform a follow up call themselves! Wish they were my primary dentists!

Dr. Potter and staff were amazing. I came in short notice for an emergency root canal, in more pain than I've ever been in. They were fast, friendly and the facility was clean. Dr. Potter did great work I felt better right away! I would definitely go to them again and refer them to family and friends!! Thank you Dr. Potter!!!

I got a root canal performed today on my number two molar. Dr. Potter and his staff were great. The service was fast with no wait time and it was a great experience. I felt very comfortable during the office visit and procedure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a specialist.

Everyone at Victoria Endodontics are true professionals and very friendly. Doctor Potter let me know exactly what was going on as he and his assistant took care of me.
