Aviva Kramer earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she completed a residency in the selective Advanced Education in General Dentistry at University of Maryland where she received in-depth training in the more complex aspects of dentistry, including implant surgery, root canal therapy, and digital dentistry. Dr. Kramer has a passion for treating patients as well educating and empowering patients to improve their oral health. Throughout her schooling, Dr. Kramer participated in various dental societies and volunteer groups. She continues to be an active volunteer and member of the dental community.
Dr. Kramer lives in Silver Spring with her husband and three children. She values spending time with her family and is involvedin her childrens schools and community. She also enjoys cooking and reading in her free time (which is rare!).
Jilna Raichura, our dental hygienist, has a warm and friendly attitude that will make your dental visit a pleasant experience. Jilna has been providing professional patient care and education for Dr. Victor Siegel's practice since 2005, after graduating from the dental hygiene program at the University of Maryland in 2004.
Angelica Barreto is Dr. Victor Siegel's Front Desk Coordinator, also known as the smile you see when you walk in the door or the friendly voice on the telephone! She joined Dr. Siegel's practice in 2013 with over ten years of dental experience. In her spare time, Angelica enjoys going to the beach, traveling, shopping, dancing and going to the movies.
Ashley Marlowebecame Dr. Siegel's clinical assistant in 2012. The gentle and professional team of Dr. Siegel and Ashley will allow you to relax during your dental procedures. A native of Derwood, Maryland, Ashley graduated with a dental assisting degree, which included expanded functions and xray certification, in 2010.
We want you to be able to afford the cosmetic dentistry treatments you desire. At the dental practice of Victor R. Siegel, DDS, we view dental treatment as an excellent investment in your medical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different financial needs, we accept several methods of financing, including interest-free payment plans, CareCredit, and insurance. We also offer The Smile Club for patients without insurance.
We offer interest-free payments for up to six months, or affordable payment plans for 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. These plans require credit approval. We also accept payment in full by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
CareCredit is a flexible patient payment plan designed specifically for healthcare expenses. As is the case with many of our Rockville and Bethesda-area patients, your cosmetic dentistry services might not be covered by insurance. CareCredit could be a great way to finance the treatment you need and deserve.
No Insurance? No Problem! Anyone without dental insurance is eligible to join our Smile Club. Payment of the annual membership fee entitles each patient to the following benefits during your membership period:
After getting his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College of the CityUniversity of New York, Dr. Victor R. Siegel went on to dental school at Georgetown University where he graduated in 1978. After graduation, Dr. Siegel taught as a clinical instructor at Georgetowns dental school until 1987. During that time, he also built up his Rockville practice around his personal philosophy as a cosmetic dentist advanced technology, personalized, comfortable care, and a knowledgeable, supportive staff.

First time at Drs. Siegel and Kramer's dental office. Excellent experience from start to finish. Ashley warmly greeted me, when I arrived. Caitlin was very efficient taking x-rays, digital scans, and being scribe as Dr Kramer performed a thorough exam. Jilna was very efficient and caring, while performing a thorough cleaning and fluoride treatment. Everyone was very professional, pleasant and committed to making me comfortable. Excellent technology collecting health and dental history prior to visit. Clean office, with air filtration in every room and personal protective equipment for all staff. Dr. Siegel and his staff are superb. After 27 years of going to the same dentist I had to research and find a new one. I wish he was my dentist so many years ago. Top notch staff, state-of-the art equipment and the latest advances in dentistry are used.

Doctor Kramer was excellent. I was a new patient to the practice with an old crown that had come off. She X-rayed, cleaned and checked all my teeth. She then proceeded to prepare the existing tooth to reattach the crown. She was very attentive and asked me if I had any questions regarding the procedure or anything else during the process. I was very impressed with her ability and professionalism. I will be returning as a very satisfied patient.

As one would naturally expect having dental implant surgery is something that one would not look forward to. On the day of the surgery I was nervous and anxious about the procedure and pain that would be associated with it. However, Dr. Siegel and Isabell put me at ease and walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do and reassured me that everything will be okay. In addition, they took extra time to ensure that the area of my jaw was numb before they started. He even numbed the area with a swab before injecting me with Novocain. I know that they knew how nervous I was and kept reassuring me throughout the procedure. The final results was an implant that was perfectly aligned along with NO pain in my jaw where the implant was placed. I didn't require ANY pain killers after the surgery. Obviously there was some bleeding but after about 2-3 hours of biting on gauze in that area the bleeding stopped. Now I just need to wait for a few months before the replacement tooth is screwed into the implant. So if you're on the fence and nervous about having this procedure done you shouldn't be. I've been a patient with Dr. Siegel for 17 years and fully trust him and his wonderful staff.

I wrote this review years ago... It STILL holds true and is what I would have written today ! Have been a patient of Dr. Siegel's for 30 years. He and his staff are "family" and the most competent and caring professionals. They are up to date with the latest technology but still are warm and personal.

check-up today: as usual it was complete and expertly done. Coming to Dr Siegel for several years now, I feel part of this family. their attention to detail is wonderful and Dr S has masterfully kept my dental status at the highest level. with bridges and crowns I don't really trust anyone else...
