Everyone is incredibly nice. I have never had such nice office staff and dental assistants. Dr. Kahn is wonderful. He explains everything. They sit down with you and discuss the plan. They go way above and beyond. I hate dentists, but these people are wonderful. They truly listen and make a dental visit as wonderful as possible.

I am grateful beyond measure that I was led to Dr. Carranza and her team at Victor Prosthodontics. Having a more complex case and great concern about the aesthetics of my teeth during the healing phases of treatment, it took a while to find a doctor that I trusted to take on my case until I met Dr. Carranza. She treated my case as if it was her own, ensuring that I would be happy with the appearance of my teeth while also placing emphasis on the functionality of my smile. My teeth have always been an insecurity of mine, but Dr. Carranza and her office made the process seamless and my smile looked beautiful every step of the way. I owe Dr. Carranza so much for giving me a healthy, functional smile and I could not be more pleased with how beautiful my teeth look! Dr. Carranza is talented beyond measure and excellent at what she does, I would recommend her to anyone

I saw Dr. Carranza for a replacement implant crown recently. She took great care to ensure that I got the best possible esthetic and functional result with my new crown, including coordinating with my periodontist and her lab technician. Dr. Carranza and her assistant Stacy both helped to make me feel at ease while in their care. The office is beautiful and everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming.

Everyone was personable, knowledgeable, professional and they made it well worth the trip from Horseheads. I feel very confident moving forward with Dr. Carranza and look forward to a happier smile. This was my first visit. I just had my last visit other than maintenance. I felt like I was saying good bye to my friends. Dr. Carranza and all of her staff are exceptionally caring and well-trained. Dr. Carranza is so knowledgeable and her ability and patience in explaining my situation has been just amazing. I have an elderly uncle with multiple dental issues. Dr Kahn and his staff were patient, kind, and professional. The care was excellent and they gave him all the time he needed to fully understand his issues and the best solution to resolve them. I highly recommend this office.

Everyone at the office is friendly, welcoming, patient, kind and extremely professional. Dental work can cause me a lot of anxiety, but Dr. Carranza and her staff always put me at ease. I highly recommend them!

I brought my teenage daughter to Victor Prosthodontics to fix her peg laterals following orthodontics. They took such wonderful care of her. Following her evaluation, they worked with her orthodontist to ensure the perfect outcome. They performed gum contouring, put veneers on the peg laterals and bonded her canines to make her teeth an appropriate shape. My daughter is thrilled with her new smile and I would recommend Victor Prosthodontics to anyone. Beautiful office and meticulous, high quality work!

Dr. Carranza is simply the best! She is extremely talented, caring and very picky.You won't leave an appointment without both patient and doctor happy with your progress.Due to a childhood injury I have seen multiple dentists and Periodontist's.The last had said that they had done all they could, and that there was no way ( due to bone loss) to have implants. I accepted that I was doomed to wear the ill fitting (temporary) bridge he had fashioned. I then heard about Dr. Carranza from my son in law and decided to at least go for a consultation. Together with her talented and caring staff they did what other professionals said could not be done. I can smile now and I can eat anything with confidence. I give them a ten star review. The Best!!!

Lost a piece of porcelain from an older crown. Was able to get an appt right away. Both the doc and hygienist are very efficient, kind, personable people. Have never had a bad experience. Recommend.

May 5th, 2022 I'd like to share with you my journey to improved dental health with Victor Prosthodontics. After years of treatment for severe bruxism, my general dentist recommended I go to a prosthodontist as I had exceeded her capabilities to help. I met with a suggested prosthodontist, but didn't feel comfortable with that individual. I did a Google search, located Victor Prosthodontics and an outstanding review. I couldn't wait for the next morning to call for an appointment. For the first time in a long time I felt hopeful! My first visit to the state of the art dental office was an evaluation with Dr. Carranza to discuss my dental health history, access my needs and develop the treatment plan. Upon arrival the staff was warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The reception area, where I filled out paperwork was sunny and comfortable. Next, I met with Dr. Carranza to go over my treatment history. She impressed me as a thorough professional, but a genuine individual with whom you can confidently and safely share your inner most thoughts and concerns. Then, we moved to the practical portion of the evaluation where Dr. Carranza examined and took x-rays of my teeth. We agreed to meet in a couple of weeks, which would give Dr. Carranza time to develop my individualized treatment plan. During my second appointment Dr. Carranza outlined her steps in the treatment plan, which detailed the extensive work I needed and the cost. I appreciated the time spent answering my questions, the break down of the treatment plan and financial responsibilities as it helped me to plan and be prepared; thus relieving any anxiety. It has been eight months since we initiated this journey and we're nearing the end of my treatment. What I can share is that this has been a life changing experience! Dr. Carranza has been meticulous, supportive and caring in restoring my teeth. My smile is awesome! My teeth feel so natural and I feel so confident living my life and smiling. It's amazing to enjoy favorite foods again with freedom from the anxiety of worrying about breaking another fractured tooth. I highly recommend Victor Prosthodontics and would like to thank everyone, from the receptionists, dental hygenists, dental assistants and of course, Dr. Carranza! You haven't just improved my dental health although that is a great deal! You have improved my life and I thank you for your professionalism, kindness, flexibility in accommodating schedules and for your friendliness! Very sincerely, Kim B.
