Dr. Shaughnessy, and the entire staff are excellent. I went there for a root canal, and couldn't begin to say how wonderful it went. A truly professional and pleasant experience. Highly Recommend !!

I highly recommend Dr. Shaughnessy at Victor Endodontics! He did an incredible job on my root canal, continually making sure I was comfortable and not in pain during the process. He's one of the kindest doctors I've met and really cares about his patients. He even makes his own follow-up phone calls the day after the procedure! I'm very impressed and thank Dr. Marshall at Marshall Dental Care for the referral.

Dr. Shaughnessy does incredible work. I needed a root canal and have never missed a cleaning and normally look forward to seeing my dentist. I was a little nervous to need something that was more "in depth". Dr. Shaughnessy is welcoming and personable and explained everything he was going to do before the procedure and during. His assistant was great and always made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist is so kind and even got me in ahead of time with their cancelation list. I'm only a few hours post procedure and have little to no pain whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shaughnessy. Thank you so much for making me pain free and for such an overwhelmingly great experience!

The best! I have dental anxiety & Dr. Shaughnessy helped ease my nerves & talked me through everything. I felt so much better after leaving & would recommend anyone who needs a root canal to come here!! I was very happy with how friendly everyone was.

Just had a procedure done there this afternoon. The doc and all the staff made me feel at ease. They explained in detail what was gonna happen, and during the procedure keep checking to make sure I was ok. Victor/Farmington is blessed to have Doc Shaughnessy in there community. Would highly recommend him.

I am 52 years old and in February had a significant dental issue that required a crown. This procedure by the dentist office who had been cleaning my teeth for 12 years went horribly wrong. So much so it left me very traumatized. So the idea that I now had to get a root canal on that same tooth sent me into a major downward spin. Dr. Shaughnessy was referred to me by Dr. Wendy @ Marshall Group (my new dentist - not the dentist who horribly executed the crown). He consulted with me and explained the process but seeing my stress offered to write a two pill prescription to help which I took but the anxiety was still so high that it didn't really help. My visit for the root canal was yesterday afternoon - by the evening - the numbing agents were wearing off and i oddly had no other pain! Today - same - numbing is all gone - the pain is gone and i'm slowly eating on that side after 2.5 months! I can't say enough about Dr. Shaughnessy and his skill, his care - I mean a root canal - the butt of so many jokes was an absolute breeze. If you need one - you NEED to see this guy - he might literally be the best there is.

The entire staff is super friendly and Dr O'Shaughnessy did a great job on my daughter's tooth. He is very thorough and very personable. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Dr. Shaughnessy is the kindest dentist I've ever met. I had a root canal here and since this is my first major dental procedure ever I was super nervous. Dr. Shaughnessy's professionalism and excellent technique quickly calmed me down, and NO PAIN AT ALL -- I felt nothing and it was done. After the root canal, I developed some symptoms due to my trigeminal nerve, but it cured itself after a month. Dr. Shaughnessy kept following up with me and called me on his own -- this super comforts me, and shows that he is such a responsible and caring person. The office staff are nice too. I am more than happy with my experience and will recommend to anyone.

I was recommended Dr Shaughnessy by my dentist, Dr Marshall for a root canal. I put off the procedure for a long time until the pain became very painful. Had a consultation with Dr Shaughnessy - extremely patient and explained the whole procedure very calmly. The appointment for the root canal went just as he explained ...NO pain...only discomfort was, as he said, having my jaw open for so long. Very slight pain for two days after (two Tylenol and that's it!), now pain free! THANK YOU to you and your great staff!

I can not recommend an endodontic office who, after hearing that a patient is in pain, tells them they have to wait 3 weeks until an opening. Go to an Endo that will work during lunch or come in early because patients comfort matters. Stay away from here.

Best place very friendly staff all ways willing to help.and answer any questions you can call them anytime and they will be there for you 100% of the time. Only place i will go for major dental work
