Having started my practice in Victor 20 years ago, I have learned some valuable lessons. Among these: my team and my patients are my two biggest assets; people value excellence; good work needs to be rewarded; never stop learning and expect lessons to come from unlikely places.
Im proud to offer clinical excellence to my patients and hope that, by that example of how I treat my patients, I can facilitate my team to do likewise. Im proud to have provided my patients with a facility that is second to none in the area, they deserve the best! Im proud to bring pertinent technological advances to my practice that will enhance patient care and educational opportunities. Im eager to continue learning clinical techniques and practice management philosophies that will benefit my patients, my team, and my practice.
We, as team members, should remember our primary objective: dedication to providing superior care to our patients in a non-threatening, comfortable environment. We will be committed to excellence in customer service. We need to respect our patients monetary investment and time commitment and be earnest in our efforts to provide each and every one of them with the best value in the area.
We shall work together to enhance practice revenues, reduce overhead, and profitability. Without the participation of all team members, we cannot expect to hold down costs to our patients, nor benefit from those profits as a team.
We shall support our patients by nurturing lifelong relationships with them, their families and their friends. Previously, when you needed a crown (also called a cap), you had one dental visit to take a impression of your tooth. That process was messy and uncomfortable. Once the impression was taken, it was sent to a lab, where your crown was created and then sent to your dentist. In the interim, your tooth, after treatment, was covered by a temporary crown until the final one was finished. Yet another visit was required to have your tooth completely prepared and the final crown fitted.
