Dr. Chandra M. Minor grew up in Hazlehurst, Mississippi and received her bachelors degreein biology from Alcorn State University. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry and graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Minor then completed the postdoctoral orthodontic residency program at Howard University in Washington, DC.
Dr. Minor is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Mississippi Dental Association. She is active in her community and loves helping others. Dr. Minor also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

I absolutely LOVE this office. Everything was explained clearly to both parent and child. The staff is extremely friendly and made my boys feel at ease. Braces are not considered a fun experience but my boys had fun each time they visited. You won't regret choosing this location.

I absolutely LOVE this office. Everything was explained clearly to both parent and child. The staff is extremely friendly and made my boys feel at ease. Braces are not considered a fun experience but my boys had fun each time they visited. You won't regret choosing this location.

I was referred to this orthodontist by a friend and every visit after the initial visit was HORRIBLE.. The staff is unprofessional and have bad attitudes and my last visits showed me that Chandra Minor (the orthodontist) is unprofessional too. Because I refused to sit in my hot car with my other children and wait on my youngest son, Chandra Minor pulled my son out of her office without putting his bands on his braces. The bands and the bottom are loose and there aren't any at the top, only the metal pieces. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only reason I'm giving it a 1 is because it will not allow me to post without giving something.

Dr. Minor and her staff are very professional and friendly. My daughter was afraid at the start of her procedure. After the first fifteen minutes, she was fully relaxed. You're thoroughly informed before the install of your responsibility regarding the wear of the braces. Ask questions. You will enter into a two-year contract with this establishment. So know what you're getting into.

Dr. Minor is an exceptional orthodontist! If you are looking for an orthodontist that will treat you like a patient and not a customer, this is the one for you. The staff also does a great job at accommodating your personal schedule. Would recommend!
