Great Experience, Very Professional Staff

Had some weird stuff on back side of tooth, wasn't sure. Wife scheduled a New Patient $99 Special for a cleaning, exam, and x-ray. Got there , no problems. Got taken back, since I was a new patient they said I should get a whole mouth x-ray done. Ok. No problem. Get done, do an exam. Ok. Think i would be getting a cleaning, come back with a cleaning that would cost $750 and the visit today already would cost $300. Very misleading. I go to the website to find out where there would be an extra charge for x-rays I would assume where the $300 charge was from. On the special it has an asterisk next to x-rays, but nowhere on the site can you find out that it would cost that much extra or an extra charge in general. I rarely go to dentist, but when I have everything was talked to me beforehand. Just very unprofessional in my opinion. Feel taken advantage of. Would not recommend to others. $300 for x-rays and an exam. Some may say its not that much, but to me it is.

Very organized schedule. The front desk person take your temperature and make sure you signed in. The doctor provided needed and unselfish appropriate information. Thinking about your next Dental exam and treatment, please don't hesitate to book your next appointment with them.

My first visit was on 9/19/21. Can assure you that it won't be my last . Dr. Cody I do believe that's his name. Always singing very nice staff. Went there to get a tooth pulled. I'm very scared of dentist offices. Well not with this office. Also while I was being seen he explained to me about a bridge for my front teeth. Will to make a long story short got my bridge on order . And he did a temp for me to go home with. One more thing he was short staff for some reason. He let me know that he was. I respect that. Which I told him to take his time. Because I only came there to get one tooth pulled. Even short staffed He still did a add on for me . The bridge was not on my appointment . Once again Thank you Buddy. And to your staff. See you in about 2-3 weeks for my bridge. My God Bless you all !!!!!You have a new patient!!!!!

Dr. Mike knows his stuff and is an excellent dentist. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend more highly. Very good place to go to.

Dr Cody Friddle is the best hands down . I just received my veneers on March of this year 2020 and everything was great ( TOP& bottom)The staff was really helpful and with the help of the staff I was able to finance this MILLION DOLLAR smile I now have thanks to Dr. Cody and his team . This is one of the worse dentist I have been to first of all the hygienist customer service was horrible. The actual dentist just comes in and says hello. This is the first time I have left the dentist with my teeth not feeling clean at all. Then they try to charge you for a fluoride treatment I HAVE NEVER IN MY ADULT LIFE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS!!! When I asked why and their answer was we need to eat lunch and the insurance doesn't show online. Rather than call to check. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy stay away please and check the reviews on yelp as well, that would of saved me a trip and a waste of a day off.
