Went here to get my teeth cleaned. Middle aged dental assistant did the teeth cleaning. I informed her I had a crown. She was very aggressive, irritating my gums while cleaning as if she was in a rush. Towards the end of cleaning she begin flossing my teeth, speeding threw each gap and pops off my crown in the process. She lets Dr. Via Scott know what had happened but made it seem as if crown was loose already after I just had it re-cemented two months earlier. They did not offer to put the crown back on or anything. I was very disappointed with my visit. I grew up going to this Dental Office but 10/02/18 is the last time I would go to this Dental Office. SMH

The dental is great. The people at the desk have been their a long time.. they get invoices confused and blame you. they are rude and prejudice I know longer want to go there but I appreciate the dentist.

This doctor is a con artist and does not care about preventive care but will keep charging you for the same procedure to get as much money as long as your insurance will pay. Had root canal procedure with a temporary crown, The crown broke off in two weeks so he performs a cleaning of the root canal with another temporary crown. It's not my fault the crown broke off and should not be charging the insurance company twice. They do not go over what is being peformed at that moment, will tell you what you need and then what you get at the end is totally different or more than what you were told it would be. If you need more work done to your mouth, you will have to pay your bill with a zero balance before another procedure is scheduled. Preventive care would be to keep me informed if a cavity appears and not tell me that you need a root canal before the filling for the cavity.
