Dr. Taylor grew up in Athens, AL and graduated with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Biology. She then received her degree from the UAB School of Dentistry, where she decided to make Birmingham her permanent home.
Dr. Taylor is passionate about oral health and its strong connection to overall wellness. She strives to provide excellent dental care while focusing on comfort and each patients unique needs and desires.
Marissa was born and raised in Boise, Idaho where she received her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from Utah Valley University. She moved to Birmingham with her husband while he attends dental school. Marissa enjoys spending time with her family, boating, playing volleyball, and watching movies. She is passionate about getting to know her patients and helping to improve their oral health.
April was born and raised in Pinson Valley, Alabama. She began her career in Dentistry in 2006 as a Certified Dental Assistant. She went on to graduate from the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program in 2018 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. April loves to educate her patients to help promote healthier dental habits and help put them at ease while in her care. In her spare time, she loves working out, traveling with her husband, Mark, and spending time with her two children and her dog, Oscar.
Morgan has worked in the dental field since 2015. She has spent most of her career thus far as a Certified Dental Assistant. In 2020, she graduated from UAB as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Morgan loves the long-lasting relationships with patients that dentistry brings. Nothing is more rewarding to her than helping bring happiness and confidence to patients through their smile. Morgan and her husband, Eric, reside in the Birmingham area with their two daughters.
Jessica was born and raised in Pinson, Alabama. She has been working in dentistry for over twelve years. Jessicas friendly and warm demeanor helps patients overcome their fears and become comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair. She lives in Odenville with her fianc and eight-year-old son where they spend all of their free time playing outdoors.
Dr. Taylor keeps up with the best dentistry has to offer, delivers good work that will last, and stands behind what she does. She also empowers you with a customized home care plan to prevent dental disease from returning.

As pleasant of a dental experience as any patient could ever want. Dr. Taylor is a true professional, and April is excellent (as well as a lot of fun). My appointment began and ended right on time. I highly recommend Vestavia Smiles!

Always friendly and professional. I was worked into the schedule after I chipped a tooth and had a beautiful repair at a reasonable price. The clinic has recently been updated and is cheerful and clean.

I had an emergency come up while being out of town and Dr. Taylor and her staff were able to get me into the office with little notice and sent me on my way pain free and my tooth feeling as good as new. Everyone including the administrative team, the dental assistant, and Dr. Taylor we very kind and professional throughout the entire visit. This is a wonderful practice and the type of small business customer service you just can't get at a run of the mill corporate type of dentist.

I visited Vestavia Smiles of off hope and prayer that they would be really good . I have had experiences so bad that made me delay my dental care for over 2 years! I honestly did not know much about Vestavia smiles other than the rating and that my insurance would cover . Boy do I regret not finding this place sooner! Everyone there was very attentive and VERY detailed . I honestly have not had my teeth cleaned like that since I was a teenager . I WILL be returning and will be patient for as long as I can !
