Very friendly staff! Courteous and respectful everyone was helpful and eager to be of assistance. I reccomend anyone to needing dental work. My teenage daughters said " I like the dentist be was chill*"! That's AWESOME coming from that age group!

I loved that we could fill out all information prior to coming, so we were ready to go once we got there. The staff was friendly and they explained all issues and costs before anything was done. My kids loved going, and said they really liked the dentist who worked on their teeth. This is a huge win for us because our last dentist was horrific. Thanks for a great experience!

Super friendly staff... Helped Me through the paperwork that I missed filling out... Even gave me a mask that I forgot/didn't think to grab from home... Will definitely come back... Super clean office... Sanitized & sterile instruments... I might even have some work done there...

I was very pleased at the efficiency of the team. I was in and out within an hour with x-rays and the dentist looking at my teeth. I had a treatment plan when I left. I am ready to get this done! The staff were professional and courteous! The lady at the front desk is adorable! Great personality! My dental tech/hygienist was a Sweetheart!!!

The worst experience I have ever had, first they wait to verify my insurance until 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they never get it verified, then the dentist tried said I can not be seen until I bring back some paper, so they want me to reschedule the appointment as I'm waiting and dealing with wisdom tooth pain. I will never go back to Vernon Smiles and I'm telling everyone I know to not go there hopefully they loose enough business so they are forced to close forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved back to this area from Dallas and did not expect to find a dentist in this area that I would love. I'm happy to say that Vernon Smiles really changed my opinion and had now become my preferred dental care location. The staff is beyond kind and helpful especially Rosie.

Was not satisfied with the cleaning. I left feeling as though my teeth were not properly cleaned. I still could feel some of the tarter buildup on the back teeth. He did not polish or floss his cleaning is approximately 10 mins. I did not receive this type of service at DDS dental in wichita. I tried this business so I wouldn't have to go to wichita from vernon. I will not be back.
