Firstly, The office was very crowded with patients. As a result, I waited over 40 minutes to be called. Secondly, once the doctor entered, he asked my why I was there. I said I was referred by my dentist. Then I proceeded to ask If he had looked at the dentist's notes, no answer. Thirdly, I continued with telling him that the dentist was concerned about some sores in my mouth. Dr. Hardy's examine consisted of him taking his finger, and going around my mouth. He was done in about 5 seconds. Furthermore, he said, "I see nothing" Lastly, He took little concern or time with my medical history, and even less time/concern with the actual examine. Side note: I only gave two stars because the assistant was very nice.

I have had A LOT of dental work done in my day and I have to say that the staff I personally interacted with was stellar. The doc was very calm, succinct, and precise. During the surgery, the assistant was in high spirits and explained absolutely everything that was happening during the procedure. They took multiple X-rays during the procedure, just to make sure everything was exactly how it should be. Post-op pain was as minimal as it could be. Very, very impressed and I would highly recommend them.

I've had a lot of work on my mouth over the years. I've had good Dentist and terrible. VT Center-Dental Implants was by far one of the better experiences. The receptionist Terri (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very helpful over the phone. The woman at the desk when you enter was helpful and answered all my questions. Dr. Hardy is a pro and very nice and funny to ease the nervousness. I had a tooth pulled and two post put in. They all made sure at all times I was ok and made the process easy. I had an intern name Steve help me as well with the post. He was great to talk to and kept my mind off things that might of made me nervous, which in the end was not a big deal. In the end I learned a lot as they did the work on my mouth and at no time was it painful or scary. Thanks for all your help! I'll soon have another side of my mouth to chew on.

Called this office to find out information and was met on the other end with a very rude receptionist also the website should be clear they are done by referrals only and I wouldn't have wasted my time. One of the first questions I asked was if it was only referrals and it wasn't until after I asked to then set up a consultation I was rudely told I needed said referral.

Wisdom tooth pulled. Excellent experience. No pain. Staff friendly and courteous. Efficient.

I usually don't write reviews, but with the service I received I have to put a 5 star review for Dr. Clark Andelin he's a freaking breast! We had trouble with the IV due to my past 2 cancer treatments so Dr. Clark Andelin came in and did the IV himself and walked my though the scary extractions very professional I was worried about the pain the next day haha forget it day 1-2 NO PAIN AT ALL that's a pro and experianced surgeon! Thanks again I hope to never see you again but if I do I know where to go!

I usually don't write reviews, but with the service I received I have to put a 5 star review for Dr. Clark Andelin he's a freaking breast! We had trouble with the IV due to my past 2 cancer treatments so Dr. Clark Andelin came in and did the IV himself and walked my though the scary extractions very professional I was worried about the pain the next day haha forget it day 1-2 NO PAIN AT ALL that's a pro and experianced surgeon! Thanks again I hope to never see you again but if I do I know where to go!

I've had dr hardy do a few extractions and everytime the nurses are very kind understanding if you are scared they speak to you like they do care, they listen to you and then talk to the Dr if need be after the work is done they take good care of you and your needs no matter what the work is being done. I'm going to deff stick with this place for future things. I'll drive to what ever office how they treat people is huge.

Higher than average costs for a simple extraction. Receptionists are typically rude every time I called. My in-person experience interacting with one of the receptionist felt she was giving off an elitist attitude.

I love how they treat patients. The dentist is fully aware of what he's doing and so does his team. They get you in and out pretty fast. They also give you gauze and a irrigation tool, making it easy to lay down right after surgery. Thank you so much.
