Dr. Cimler is a great dentist, and the staff is amazing. A very friendly and enjoyable atmosphere every time I walk through the doors. I switched from a dental office in Middlebury due to billing and insurance issues. Now that I switched, I couldn't be happier. No more billing issues! Thank you Melinda! It is such a pleasure to walk out of the office with a smile on my face.

Everyone at Dr Cimler's office goes out of their way to make going to the dentist as painless as possible. Melinda, the office manager, is so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Had my teeth cleaned today by Kaylee, so gentle, no torture at all! Dr Cimler is excellent, I never feel pressured to get unnecessary procedures done, which I totally appreciate. I cannot say enough about this practice, they all make you feel like family.

Dr Derek Cimler and his staff are the most professional, knowledgeable, compassionate of any dental practice I have ever used. After over 30 years, my regular dentist who has been in our family for over 3 generations retired suddenly. I called Dr Cimler's office and was see right away. They give a senior discount and the entire office is committed to giving their best at whatever they do.

I can't express it enough how amazing this place is. Everyone in the building was so kind! I haven't been to a dentist in years. I've been having horrible tooth pain I've been ignoring. I had a enough yesterday and called in late after noon. I was told to come in in just 2 hours! I arrived and was taken right back. They were super accommodating and helpful. I can say I'm no longer in pain just over 14 hrs after having my tooth extracted. This dentist office has completely turned everything around for me and I will be going back! I'm no longer scared of the dentist.

I had a great experience getting a root canal done as a new patient at Vergennes DDS. Staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the steps of the procedure to me and answer all of my questions. Definitely recommend!

Rescheduling 5 Dr. Cilmer I had a 35 year old root canal on a lateral incisor redone and finally capped. The orginal was a painful experience. I told Dr. Climer how the shot in the upper front gum brought tears to my eyes. He said, a shot should not hurt. I never felt a thing! Did a good job on my tooth and it wasn't painful in my pocket. I highly recommend Dr. Cimler.

Everyone who works here is so great from the hygienist to the dentist to the receptionist! I can't say getting my teeth cleaned is my favorite thing to do, but the people here are so friendly and kind, they make my time here every six months fly by!
