What a wonderful dentist. I was nervous about going to a dentist as my last one had an issue getting me numb enough to work on one of my teeth. She took me in right away and have successfully fixed all my cavities. The office staff is so friendly and lovely. Both my daughters will be seeing her next. I don't want to go anywhere else anymore. She is amazing and gentle. Very quick too so it's easy and beeezy.

Worst dentist ever. The reviews here are true. Went to dentist they were highly reviewed on my insurance website. I should have checked Google. I went in for cleaning. No pain. A filling turned into root canal that I was rushed to get filled. Didn't really have the had lost my job trying take care of things before going back to work. So I spent more than I needed while not employed. Because surprise root canal. And perfectly rear molar that I thought was getting filled turned into a cap that fit right because the crown is too high. I not even or chew on that side of mouth without pain.

It has been very challenging to find a high quality dentist as well as one who actually cares about their patients. Therefore, I was in search of a new dentist and came about this practice through a referral. I was very impressed with not only Dr. Verardi but also her entire staff. Every aspect of process was explained to me, and they had empathy as well...something that is rare in the dental and/or medical field. They also fit me in on very short notice since I was in a lot of pain.

Best Dentist & Dental office that I've been to in years I must say. The staff was very helpful, friendly, & professional with fair prices. The Dr. gives honest & helpful evaluations it shows she cares more about the overall oral health of the patients. The OM also squeezed me in on an emergency basis to help me out and I really appreciate it being I was a new patient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!

****UPDATE***** Again I can not say enough about Dr. Verardi and her staff. I had to have a root canal and honestly the crown feels better then my normal tooth. I took my 2 sons (3 and 13) and they did a great job with both of them. My wife also came with me and scheduled an appointment for the first opening they have and she is very sensitive about her dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Verardi. I am not sure why the reviews for this office are so low. My experiences thus far have been nothing less then wonderful. They were able to get me in quickly, the staff was amazing, Mary came and saw me, was super emphatic and everything was fully explained to me. All the medical staff had masks on and the place was very clean. I will be for sure going back and taking my family. Also the cost which is due on a follow up visit was fully explained to me and honestly was much less then what I was expecting.

The x-ray machine was not working, asked me if I ever had family there before which was weird plus I have never but regardless I have never been there before as a patient, they never offered to move me into a different room to take scans, after an hour they said sorry we can't do check up since no scans could be taken, except the panoramic was done. We need to reschedule you. This was the most unorganized dental office of my life I'm still confused you don't judge people for there last name, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Not wearing masks during covid. I asked about it several months ago and the staff was pretty rude. Then my mom, who is over 70, went and they were still not wearing them. The staff was rude to her and said that they don't have to wear masks. I think they should clarify this policy when they call to confirm your appointment- so that you can decide If you want to keep the appointment. :(

After our visit today we won't be coming back! Zero regards for safety, receptionist and several people walking in the back without masks and no safety protocols in place. The hygienist did a good job and was really nice, but we felt unsafe!

Won't be going back. There was zero precaution or concern for Covid. No one in the office was wearing a mask, including receptionists or anyone in the back area. The hygienist who worked on me was wearing a mask, but kept pulling it down (even though she had a cough) and did a mediocre job with my cleaning. Items that were used were sitting on counter tops not sterile surfaces and I had to ask the hygienist to change her gloves before working on me after she touched her shoes. The lack of hygiene and sanitation in a place like a dentist's office is pause for concern but especially during this time where you want to see precautions in place as a sign of care and respect. The dentist office should feel like it's taking it more seriously than say a grocery store, warehouse club, or even massage place, yet they aren't. Plenty of other dentists out there who I'm sure are good, have good hygienists, and care about the health and safety of their patients. But this place is not it. Even if there were no Covid, I want someone who cares about health and hygiene especially when their hands are in my mouth.

Clean place and friendly staff, easy to schedule and typically always on time. Not much of a fan of Dr. Verardi herself though. I can feel the needle and it HURTS, during fillings, as opposed to other dentists in the past. Her bedside manner is also unwelcoming. Talking about personal things during the entire procedure as if you're not present. Would be nice if she focused and not multi task. Also you feel very rushed during visits with Dr Verardi.

The staff is amazing from the time you enter the door and always being greeted with a smile and how they remembered us from our last visit! The office is very clean! Everyone we came in contact with was knowledgeable, professional and friendly! When I saw the doctor she was very thorough. They explained everything and gave pricing before doing anything! I appreciate how great they were with me and my daughter!

Front desk and other staff within the office are not wearing masks to help protect their customers, and the hygienist took off her mask 6 inches from my face to talk at me. On top of that they don't honor your hygienist requests, as they waited until I was in the chair to let me know the hygienist I specifically requested and booked with "was with someone else" and could not see me.

Mary and staff have always been professional, friendly, and on point. I strongly recommend Mary as the only dentist you want taking care of your dental needs. We've been with Mary since 2002 and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Verardi Dental and staff... even Christine!

I had three crowns at the same time. They made it my problem and shaved down my healthy tooth to make The third crown fit. Told me if I wasn't happy with the fit later I could come back and they would fix it. Later had me sign a paper stating that any further adjustments would be at further cost. I wont be going back.
