My military service started in late 2010 when I had a desire to join the ARMY. I had just sold my second practice and finally had the chance to join the military. I had always felt it was important to want to be part of something bigger than myself. So, after all the paperwork settled I was sworn in as a Captain in the Army Reserves in January of 2011.

Since then I have had some amazing experiences. After completing Officers Basic Leadership Course which was held at Fort Sam Houston, I returned to the 7222nd Medical Support Unit in Tampa, where I was given a lot of opportunities to learn. My first job with the Unit was as the training officer of the Company. I held that job along with some others until 2013 when I volunteered to fill a vacant position for a dental officer in AFGHANISTAN. While I was deployed, I worked in a ROLE 3 hospital where we saw all different kinds of injuries. The team of Doctors I worked with were all highly skilled and more importantly great people.

When I returned to the 7222nd I was made acting Executive Officer to help the commander with all aspects of the company. I am extremely grateful to COL Haley for all he taught me while working under his command. After a year, I was recommend by my Battalion Commander to take full command of the 7222nd. I was able to serve as Commander of the 7222nd for the following year and learned more than I ever thought I would.

After my command time was over, my Battalion Commander once again asked if I would move to another unit and act as their Executive Officer. I was very fortunate to be able to be a part of the 7235th MSU in Orlando. I served there for a little over 18 months and got my current position as a Dental Officer at the Battalion level. I am truly blessed with all the opportunities I have been given, and I am anxious and excited about what the future will hold.

I have been lucky enough in my short army career to have completed both the Captains Career Course and the prestigious Command and General Staff Officer College. Many officers go their entire career and are never able to complete these courses, so I truly am blessed.

While commuting to Fort Gordon, GA every month does present some issues with the office. I am extremely fortunate to have an amazing team behind me to help me realize my dreams. I am always thankful as well to all my patients that also understand and recognize the importance my service to our country is. Without that understanding I would not be able to do what I do.

I WARN ALL OF YOU. DONT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! After giving my husband oral surgery to place a temporary cap until the new crown came in and didn't prescribe my husband ANY ANTIBIOTICS, including that's against hypocratic ]ath for doctors. Always antibiotics are given for any oral surgery which he had, now I get treated like crazy for requesting his help and some lady chose to make all decisions for him and to speak for hum so I'm warning you, my husband is in jail for a severe blood infection that has reached his brain and doing damage to liver and kidneys all thanks to this dentist here telling hum 'if you get a temperature, go to a hospital ' and that's it! No antibiotics, no follow up. No understanding that his infection was worsened by his lack of care! SO THEY MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO PLEAD WITH THEM, THEY WILL SEE ME ToMORROW TO PICK UP ALL HIS PAPERWORK SO I CAN PROVE TO A LAWYER AND ANOTHRR DENTIST MORE CREDIBLE AND WHO CARES TO HELP! And that's the difference between customer service and horrible service!

I have a lot of fear associated with going to the dentist but Dr. Crupi and the staff are AMAZING. They put me at ease, everything went quick and was done very professionally. He even gave you time to answer questions before sticking his hands back in your mouth, which is revolutionary!! This is the only dentist office I will be going to if I have any say about it. Thank you!!

This review is ONLY For the skills of Dr. Brian Crupi, IMPLANTS CROWNS BONE GRAFTS SINUS LIFT I saw him at his office at Venice Island dental in Venice. my experience of him through 2 rounds of implants . The total was four implants replacing five teeth. And a sinus lift. These are not simple procedures (and one of them was one ..that my regular dentist Didn't Want to even contemplate) As for Venice Island dental which is the practice itself and staff etc that would be a different review. And this commentary has nothing to do with that. And I have never been to his other office. I will say that Dr. Crupi's talent and expertise, and commitment to excellence, was much appreciated I worked for dentist for 12 years and I was careful in choosing .He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. But I am very impressed with what was accomplished. I'm hopefully going to post some images but this most recent one showing a larger space with two implants and the results looking like three teeth. ...Doesn't show the previous work which was the sinus lift & Bone graft-that went before They have very sophisticated equipment at this facility, technology that will determine whether or not the bone is healed enough yada yada yada. The idea is to never have an implant fail I wore a removable appliance for eight months was really unhappy. I graduated yesterday into these permanent implants and I'm chewing everything in sight! In the picture with my smile, the teeth affected are. The upper left eye tooth and the two teeth behind it.. Counting from the center left tooth it begins 345

I have been very impressed with the care I received from Dr. Crupi and his staff. They are always professional, friendly and caring. Dr. Crupi is extremely knowledgeable in his field, he has placed an implant and a crown with out any issues or complications. I see him regularly for preventive care, his staff have always followed up to make sure that I was doing alright after my visits. I have been a patient of his for the past 7 years, his care is very affordable. I would recommend Dr. Crupi for your dental needs.

I cannot say that they aren't a pleasant, professional office when I finally got in for my appointment... but what a struggle to be seen even as an existing patient. A couple of notable incidences: They have called and rescheduled me then called and said I missed my appointment (on the originally scheduled date). Then they couldn't get me rescheduled for months. I called to try to figure out an appt time that would work and it took me 4 phone calls and a couple staff members saying someoneone would call me back, it took 3 weeks. The appt I was given was for 3:30 , I got there at 3:05 and they said I was late, it was for 3. At that appt, near 2weeks ago,I made an appt for Jan 10 for a filling and they just called me to reschedule to Jan 24. Almost a month will have gone by for this filling. And I took time off. They gave no reason for the inconvenience. I'm being extremely nice regarding all of these things that seem to keep transpiring. Truelly miss the organization and efficiency, of Dr. Belcher and his staff. I keep hanging in there but I'm struggling to understand why such a great practice that the previous Dentist built is exhibiting practices like this.
