Today I got broken tooth and filing this morning. It made my morning uncomfortable feeling. So I called Venet Family Dentist got an appt today. Dr. Venet, and his staff and Dr Vaughan examine and consulted with me on what they think should be done they worked on making filing left smoother they made sure I was comfortable before I left. The staff gave me an appointment come back in two days for a temp crown. I pick the right dentist very caring and caring staff. Walked out smiling. Thank you Dr Venet and his staff!!

My family has been going to this practice since 2006. In recent years, they have become money hungry and always refer patients out to other dentist. The front office staff, Lysa in particular, would rather lose 3 loyal patients than waive a cleaning fee. Dr Venet won't even pull a tooth at this point. He will only offer a crown for $850. I went to another dentist in Clayton and had my tooth pulled within 1 hour and it was $42.

My family and I have been going to Venet Family Dentistry for years. They have always been very accommodating and the staff is always friendly, informative, and helpful.

I can't say enough nice things about this office and its staff. Who likes dental work? Nobody, that's who. But when you have to go for a cleaning or a filling, come here. They're kind and professional and you won't regret it.

First-class dentistry practice in Garner. My dental hygienists Rebekah and Casey were very welcoming on my initial cleaning and subsequent cavity filing procedure visits. Both ladies entertained me in conversation throughout my visit. I'll follow their instructions and come back every 6 months instead of every 2-3 years (don't judge me). For me, it's about the experience. My Dentist, Dr. Tracie Vaughan and fellow HBCU graduate manages an elite office of staff dedicated to dental health with compassion.

I absolutely love this location. Everyone from the staff is very kind and generous. They are professional and straight forward, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special. I've had work done here 3 times now, including difficult extractions but had very little pain if any afterwards. Dr. Venet was gentle, making sure I was not uncomfortable but still got the job done very quickly. I will be coming here for a long time when I need dental help.

Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do; however, their gentle dental care, being very personable and friendly disposition make it that much more easier! I recommend them with no hesitation!

I absolutely love this location. Everyone from the staff is very kind and generous. They are professional and straight forward, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special. I am extremely happy with Venet Family Dentistry. They are very personable yet professional. I previously went to another dentist located near Venet Family Dentistry, but they were very disrespectful to my wife and we ended up switching dentists. Within the first year at Venet Family Dentistry, Dr. Venet identified a crown that needed to be replaced. Turns out that this specific crown was recently replaced by my former dentist. Since it was less than a year old, insurance would not cover the cost, so our only options were to either go back to our previous dentist or pay for it out of pocket. To our surprise, Dr. Venet said that he would take care of it. It was such a kind gesture and we are so grateful. We will definitely be with Venet Family Dentistry for the long haul.

Not a friendly staff. We got there early and watch some staff walk in and not even say good morning. Bad customers service.
