My 89 y/o mother has been seeing Dr. Veltkamp for several years. The last time she saw him for a cleaning he asked her about anything that is bothering her and talked about her "treatment plan" like they always do. When she said she is ok with everything right now as far as her teeth, he said "well if you are happy with your stained and broken teeth then ok". Her teeth are beautiful especially considering her age. She's changing dentists.

The dentistry is decent but the people handling the insurance need to be watched carefully, and guided to do the job properly.

They know that I have a terrible fear of dentists and they always treat me very well. No judgement about my fears!

Treated my husband rudely... He went to get his tooth pulled and afterward they hurded him out like he didn't matter, not even telling him how to take care of it of what not to do... will never go back....
