I'm sure based on previous reviews, this dentist does fine work. I came here for a routine visit and cleaning. Even with my combined HMO plan and supplemental PPO plan this dentist wanted to charge me $500 out of pocket for a cleaning because it required "irrigation" or some nonsense and another charge (can't remember the exact amount) for a filling. Both services which are supposed to be covered by the HMO plan alone. Needless to say, I won't be comming back. Great place to go if you have a government sponsored plan, watch out if you have private insurance.

The dentist and staff is friendly and do a good job at helping patients with there needs. I especially want to thank Maria Rosales for helping get me a deal I can afford to get the work I needed done noing I had no benefits and was in a tight bind. Thank you all again.

Dr. Velazquez and his staff are super nice. I've been scared of going to the dentist because some how I believe that I'm going to end up with a super expensive bill. However, that is not the situation with Dr. Velazquez and his staff. They try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. In addition, they are very honest and will always give you a fair shake. Therefore, I feel that he and his staff deserve 5 stars.

The office is extremely clean and the staff very professional. My Son and I were greeted right away and the entire visit was a positive one. Dr. Velazquez was through with the x-ray details and took his time explaining the treatment plan. I highly recommend this office.

I am so happy to post my review for Velasquez Dental. First off all, just like many I have a fear of Dental offices, right! Well, coming to this dental office my fiance and I felt welcome from the dental team. I even started bringing my 5 yr old niece & she was a happy girl throughout her visit they made her feel comfortable and were really patient with her, mind you she's a hyper and a Sassy little girl. Unfortunately, I lost my partner from a fatal auto accident and they were considerate & thoughtful & gave me some flowers of empathy on one of my follow up visits. I mean not only do you feel like family, but you can see there team has a good aura of good energy. The Dr and his team are light on there hands when working on your teeth and I'm happy with the outcome of every visit. Thank you guys! I appreciate you and your team. Great job!!!

I've had a fear of the dentist for 20+ years after multiple traumatic experiences with dental work as a child and teen. I never thought I'd find a dental office as great as this office is. The longest wait time I've had was just under 30 minutes, which is not even close to long compared to most dentist or doctors offices. The ladies at the front are so nice, the hygienists are sweet, and Dr. Valazquez is great at listening to concerns and trying to work with complicated issues (I have a lot of allergies that come up for dental work). I've been here 3 times over the last month due to some complications from years of being unable to see a dentist and have never had a negative experience here, and wasn't automatically shamed for not being able to see one sooner. I would recommend anyone come here for dental work. I have 2 more appointments to go, but I will definitely be coming back in the future for regular upkeep . For the amount of work I knew I'd need their rates are extemely affordable, especially with insurance, and they take Care Credit, which is also a plus.

I went to Dr Velazquez for a second opinion and he told me I needed less work then another doctor told me I needed. He is honest and his staff are kind and friendly. I got two fillings and they were gental and fast. They matched my white teeth perfectly. They take medical and explained what my insurance covers.
