How can you have a receptionist who doesn't know how to make an appointment or explain why they cannot make the appointment. I called this place 3 times. The first time it went to voicemail, never got a call back. The second call I reached a lady, she doesn't understand English pretty much at all almost so speaking with her she said she would call me back because my insurances ID number wasn't working, she said give me 1 hour. She never called back, so I call the third time, explain my situation and let it be known it's basically an emergency situation with teeth and needs to be seen ASAP and she then said can I call you back tomorrow? "The thing is not working" I said I don't understand what the insurance ID has to do with making the appointment, she then said hold on one minute, comes back and says ok you want to schedule an appointment, are you a new patient, I said yes new, she then said a date TWO MONTHS OUT! I then said I can't take that appointment it's too far out, she said hold on I call you back if I can't confirm this appointment I call you back. Then I just got overly frustrated and said I'll call back tomorrow I guess if you don't happen to call back. Literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt. With! Sad.
