Never a negative experience here. From the front to the back, everyone is delightful, knowledgeable, kind and highly skilled! I can't recommend this dental office highly enough ... if you need a dentist, give them a call! You won't regret it.

I am a new patient here. Dr. Veera is excellent and I like DR Veera a lot. I appreciate dental assistance Debbie for her excellent work on my teeth cleaning. The only thing I would like to mention about the behavior of the staff. When my 2nd visit I asked the dental assistance I did my oral surgeon appointment which is 3 weeks later from now and I mentioned I would like to consult with doctor how I can survive with extreme pain & discomfort until my surgery, I was asking to the dental assistance if the doctor would be able to advise any medication for me. She told me Doctor would not be able to do anything and asked me to contact my oral surgeon to expedite the date. I then asked her can she give me just one min so that I can call my oral surgeon as I am having tremendous pain. She said she is in hurry. I was surprised I just asked for a min. After that when she started my cleaning I was crying with my pain and she called the Doctor. Doctor Veera was very nice to me and kind. She right away prescribed some med and told me her office will contact my oral surgeon. DR Veera mentioned that she understood my pain. Dental assistance did good behave when she understood my pain and I really appreciate. My question is here why I had to cry to express my pain and without discussing the doctor why the dental assistance was saying what the doctor would do something and what the doctor would not do. Another incident happened recently. I called to DR Veera office and I mentioned that I am pregnant and DR Veera prescribed me med in my previous visit and I wanted to know if it is safe, can I drop a message to DR Veera. Frond desk tell me "Ask your OBY GYN". I found it rude. My question is whenever I want to drop any message for doctor they do not want to convey to doctor and provide their own opinion. Is it normal? Or I need to have separate appointment with DR Veera? I surely can do that. However I wish best of luck to DR Veera and their staffs. They are nice but when comes to some follow -up question/services, it would be great if they would be more empathetic and understand patient situation.

I always have great experiences here and the staff is always friendly. However, after my visit I was a little disgusted as I heard employees talking about how the cleaning lady never came (again). Apparently she failed to come last week too. I over heard this 3-4 times being discussed between different staff members. Not only should a dentist office be cleaned daily, it most certainly needs to be cleaned and sanitized during covid! This might not be a big issue for the younger patients that were there when I was, but I am older and have health problems myself. This is the last thing you want to hear in a medical setting.

Not only should a dentist office be cleaned daily, it most certainly needs to be cleaned and sanitized during covid! This might not be a big issue for the younger patients that were there when I was, but I am older and have health problems myself. This is the last thing you want to hear in a medical setting.

Doctor Veera is amazing! She and her staff were very empathetic towards me when I broke my tooth and got me in so quickly! She explained everything very thoroughly and answered all the questions I had with such kindness and expertise! Highly recommended!!

I am never one to complain or write reviews but I've not had the best experience here. I had to make multiple visits after getting a tooth filled. They didn't know what the problem was. I had to take time off work to keep coming back to leave and have the same continuous if not worse pain. After multiple visits I went through it all again and they re-filled my tooth. I still had horrible pain. 2 months of not being able to eat on my right side I decided to go else where. After 1 X-ray at the other dentist they immediately said "well there is the problem you need a root canal" I went through a lot for another dentist to immediately find the issue. Quite upsetting!
