I've had 2 visits so far. Both have gone well. Dr. Veal did a great job on my teeth. He is very personable. He explains everything in detail. The dental hygienist was great as well. My only issue came today. My last visit was $452 out of pocket. My card went through successfully when I made that payment. It was not declined. Yet, I was asked today by the office staff via phone, if I knew how much my next visit would cost out of pocket and whether or not I had it. Also, I've never been a no call no show. I have rescheduled, so the phone call asking me if I was going to make the appointment, in my opinion was unnecessary. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I'm a military veteran so being on time is never an issue for me. I actually showed up about 30 minutes early for my last appointment, actually showing up while staff was on lunch. Despite what people in this country think, people of color aren't always late for everything. The phone call and conversation rubbed me the wrong way but I will keep my appointment. My only advice to staff is to not look at the color of my skin and assume that I can't pay for my visit or that of course, I'll be late or be a no call no show.
