At the Department of Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on providing the best and latest care to our patients as well as offering the best preparation for our graduate orthodontic residents. We offer a 24-month advanced education Master of Science in Dentistry program. The program teaches state-of-the-art clinical care in an environment modeled after private orthodontic practice. Each and every time I visit is a great experience. It's been times I wasn't having a good day and their great customer service immediately changed how my day started. Now I go everytime in good spirit. My boys loves going to them as well. It makes me feel like someone else care about my kids just as well as I do thanks! Give them raises Please if you can

I've had great care at VCU Orthodontics! I can't speak enough about how awesome it's been and how patient Dr. Lamb and Steph has been in answering my 20 million questions and concerns. I was considering doing the Smile Direct Club because I couldn't afford traditional braces but what's crazy is I'm paying the same exact amount here and getting QUALITY care. I'm so glad my coworker told me about the Orthodontist school, highly recommended!! Carlos at reception is the absolute best receptionist I've ever met, excellent attitude, communication, and organization! I'm not exaggerating it's been a great experience.

Everyone is courteous and helpful. Our daughter had to get additional paperwork for school absences due to Orthodontia and Jaw Surgery and the Orthodontics team provided her a letter before her appointment was over. Above and Beyond!!!!! Thank you for caring so much for patients and families!

My son just got his braces off, and we are so pleased with the results! Braces are an exoensive process, and VCU ORTHO is a great option for minimizing the cost, but getting terrific care. The doctors and nurses are friendly, meticulous and take the time to make patients comfortable. Carlos at the front desk is awesome! He is very professional and keeps things humming, but also quickly learns patient names, and which parent they belong to. My son required a minor surgical procedure during the process, and again, I was impressed with the level of care in the oral surgery dept. It was done well, no fuss, no problems, plus his doctor called the day after to see how he was doing. The quality of care and follow-through at VCU ORTHO is wonderful. I strongly encourage anyone to take advantage of this fantastic resource in our area.

The dentist was very clear in explaining what was going on with my daughters teeth, and options we had to fix them. He made sure I understood everything. Very nice and professional, even the desk clerk was very friendly!

My experience with the VCU Dental Care Orthodontics clinic has been pleasant from start to finish. Everyone from the administrative assistant at the front desk to all the clinic team members were pleasant and attentive. They made sure my treatment wasn't complete until I was satisfied. All of my experiences with this clinic have been enjoyable! I highly recommend!
