This was the best Dr. office visit experience I have had in a while! The front desk associate Erin was friendly, professional, and competent. The dental assistant was also great. The dentist herself was amazing and gentle. After my visit I was told I need a procedure that will cost me $500 AFTER my insurance but it was no problem - Erin helped me to get financing for it. They squeezed me in before my insurance expires. The office is clearly new and it looks great. I could go on and on..... I couldn't be happier!

I just had the BEST experience at Vaya Dental. The staff are educational and friendly. Dr. Dawson is kind and takes her time to go over treatment plan. I would highly recommend this team to everyone in Charlotte.

I had my first visit there today. Everyone was very friendly, covid procedures were followed and the facility is new and very clean. The Dr. explained everything very well and was on-time. I highly recommend and will be going back.
