Vaya Dental Staff is extremely friendly. However, the service which my Grandmother received from the Dentist was extremely disappointing. My Grandma can barely walk and is scheduled for a total joint and knee replacement. However the Dentist told my grandma she would not give her Dental clearance until she had a deep cleaning and tooth extraction because she had a small chip on her front tooth. The Dentist said a tooth extraction on the chipped tooth and a deep cleaning was more important than a total knee replacement surgery which would allow my Grandma to walk again. Not a compassionate bone in this Dentist body. My surgeon plainly stated in a letter for no routine procedures to be done until 3 months after surgery

Verify any and all information you get from this place. The advice they give, if the person working on you is covered by your insurance, everything they tell you. I asked for a routine cleaning, they wanted to do the most expensive exams my insurance would "cover" (and some they wouldn't). They also let the person who wasn't covered by my insurance to do the work and got charged out of network prices. Unfortunately for them my explanation of benefits came before they asked for the extra money they wanted on the back end. They make it seem like a one off but this is the second time they have done this to me.

Vaya Dental was one of the best dental offices I have visited. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind. The Dental assistant was so pleasant when calling me to the back for my visit. He done everything to assure me I would be okay. He focused on all of my needs and relayed them to the doctor. Once the doctor saw me she provided me with the proper channels to see that all of my needs would be met prior to seeing her again. I give this office a 10 out of 10 review. I highly recommend Vaya Dental to anyone needing a dentist. Update on June 20, 2022 I revisited Vaya Dental Mini City on today. I had two appointments on today. Dr. Pooja was amazing as always. She attended to all Of my needs. She was prompt, kind and Courteous during my visit. Dr. Andrea also saw me on this morning. She cleaned my teeth. She was very kind, Caring and Prompt during the visit. The assistant Jamie was extremely caring and helpful with the prepping for both doctors. She was attentive to All of my needs and concerns. She done all that she could to make sure i was comfortable during my visit. She went beyond the mark with providing excellent care. Sure I had a smooth transition of care while remaining pain free in the process Dr. Pooja was Excellent on the second visit as well. She done all that was necessary in order to provide me with the proper dental care going forward. The Assistant Was Alyssa on my second visit today. Alyssa was very kind and extremely concerned about all of my needs and insecurities during the visit. Alyssa went over and beyond while assisting the doctor with my care. It was her goal that i leave reassured about my dental care while displaying a healthy smile in the end. The front desk was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this dentist office for all of your dental needs. B. McIntyre.

Horrible experience. Booked me for 2pm, then when I got there, the Dr stated they were "too booked for a cleaning." After experiencing a toothache for more than 4 days, they left me with no real answer or resolution, other than a referral 45 minutes away from my home. I will not be recommending this place to anyone or returning. It seems to me like this office was only interested in wasting my time and billing my insurance. The Dr was also very rough even after I explained the facial pain the toothache was causing!

I love the staff here! I've been going here for 3 years. They are on point with your appointment. I love how they have email, phone and text reminders for it. For my appointment, I got checked in and did not have to wait long at all. The staff, hygienist and dentist keep the experience professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place !
